I am a Psychologist and I am so proud of Pavitra because he has explained his experiences so openly. He is also encouraging people to go to therapy which is so great. It is sad to see big influencers like Kanishq not knowing about mental health and therapy. People saying pay kaun karega therapy ke liye. You pay whenever your physical health is affected, then why not for your mental health? Not everything is a joke. Thanks Pavitra. You gained my respect.
Pavitraaaaaaaa!! It's so good to see him back!! The entire Old Ok Tested gang is just gold!! ❤️ Please do the Food Challenges again with the old members.. ❤️
This video is damn relatable for me as I'm afraid of almost everything. Be it marriage, ghost, snake, being alone, being attached with people, death. Smjh nai a ata zindagi me dar h ya darna hi jeevan h meri 🙂
Heyyy Ok Tested team, can we please have a separate episode on the paranormal experiences faced by each member/ ghost stories. In today's episode, where they were talking about the graveyard incident seemed really interesting!!!!!
In the whole podcast, I can relate maxx maxx to kaustubh. He literally narrate the real life situations which genuinely happens to normal persons in life like sleep paralysis , constant fear of happening something bad during good times than that dream fights and that being Middle class and therapy ka kharcha. All things were damn relatable. And the best line was "Ab life daraati hai bro" It does. ✋✋
Just realized I sync with Kaus's thoughts and ideologies a lot. Thank you for confirming that I'm not alone. And please have an unending playlist of Out of Syllabus - never fails to bring a smile. Love you guys!
Yess the fear of future is sooo constant. And the fear of marriage, thanks Kanishk for talking about it. Also the fear of speed. I thought I am the only one....but these fears are so real :' I lovee this podcast for this reason only....the participants talk about REAL things and are genuine !
So freaking happy to see pavitra, kanishk, satyam and kaustubh, together! Ahh!!!😫😫😫😫❤️❤️❤️.... After such a lonnngggggggggg time ee get to see pavitra in OK Tested 😭😭❤️
Legit yesterday, I commented about the "out of syllabus" series, and today here we are! Another reason to follow this amazing channel. The weekend got a topic to discuss with friends, indeed we have fears and anxiety too in our life. Might be this could be like just like that fear, but fear of regret is also very crucial. Like before doing anything we feel scared that it would go wrong and you will be feeling regret. In nutshell the must-watch video! thank you for this!
Just 9 mins of this video and I can relate with kush. As a Muslim we believe in Jinns ( a creation of Allah that can go through different dimensions) just like humans Jinns are also good and bad they don't harm or do good to anyone expect their own will. We've always taught that some Jinns can be mischievous with you if you disturb them and at night they are powerful. Almost 6 months earlier I was sleeping in my room facing upwards , at a point I felt a powerful touch just below my abdomen (just like someone pushing a finger down) my brain got active I could hear a very obscure whisper, I knew what was happening I tried my best to speak out Ayatul Qursi, I was able to remember it in my brain but my tongue was and all my body was like frozen at that point. That power pushed me 3 times each time becoming harder and harder and after the third push I was able to say Ayatul Qursi out loud, and slowly I felt my body going back to its normal state. I know paranormal beliefs differ from man to man but as a practicing muslim I believe in Jinns (not in atma or dead peoples spirit as someone might say). Just shared my little experience as I relate with kaus. Not trying to justify anything it's my personal experience and belief.
Even this exact thing has happened to me, and i was also unable to recite ayetal kursi but within 3 4 sec i was able to. It has happened with me atleast 3 4 times. I told my father about this so he told that it is normal and happens when you sleep facing upwards. • So Never sleep facing upwards • Recite aytal kursi before sleeping everyday And I am so glad to hear that it has happened to 2 more people 😂 thank God I m normal

23:30 love love for Pavitra's awareness & experience with mental health therapist.... Exactly tats how they help when you feel lost & confused or suffering by simply analysing your own thoughts & ideas in a loop.... A therapist understands it all & slowly shifts your mindset towards solution. For physical issues we just don't sit at home & keep brainstorming about the issues we quickly go to the physician & get ourselves diagnosed..... I wonder what's the taboo for mental health issues!
Out of syllabus is one of best potcast i have ever watch in your channel...its really refreshing and reality check on ourself as well...I'm learning new things and enjoying as well....lots of love from Bhutan 🇧🇹...
