That animated caseback is brilliant. The only piece that I have from this watch is the mesh bracelet that I bought on it's own for my SMP 2220.80. Makes my SMP look like a whole new watch! Seeing you size the bracelet in the video, I think the size S mesh bracelet would work well for you which you can exchange with Omega. This one by default is the size M bracelet.

Congrats i love the watch. Trier it last week, it’s perfect. But they only start to sell it in my country on June and with only 2 Omega bought at the AD, they wont tell me if i will get one. They dont even do a list.
Great video but one slight correction: according to Ian Fleming himself, Bond doesn’t wear the Rolex explorer. He actually wears the Rolex oyster. Fleming himself owned a Rolex explorer 1016, but it didn’t come out in 1959. The first mention of Bond wearing a Rolex was in 1954’s live and let die
Is not limited edition is going to be like the snoopy speedmaster you have to have history of purchase in order to order one and it will take time because there is limited production
The watch is beautiful, but I would take the Explorer instead. The bracelet of the Omega is gorgeous. So Omega also has waiting lists...it also gives priority to long time customers....I thought those "horrible" practices were exclusive from Rolex 🙄😁. I love both brands. I am not an obnoxious fanboy. Enjoy your gorgeous new watch.
As much as I am a Bond fan I don't think Omega should have put an "mechnical animation" on the back of the watch. I think it devalues the watch making it seem "toy-like". Putting wording on the inside of the box was enough....just to tell the owner this was the same watch used in Daniel Craig's Bond films...include a small certificate perhaps or have 007 in the seerial number and limit the numbers of 300M to 5000 worldwide... Luckily you can buy this same model of watch....300M....today in 2023 that has no mention of 007 in the box or on the watch. I think it's good enough to know you have the same model but a newer copy. Same goes for the 300M Profesional...you can get it without any mention of hte Pierce Brosnan Bond film---terrible Bond film sadly enough...Brosnan was a great pick...they just put hi in bad Bond films...though not as bad as the ones with timothy Dalton...heh...Or George Lazenby...
Why do you need a clasp that big for a mesh bracelet? It makes no sense to me. Also the James Bond figure on the caseback is way too corny. The color, crystal, the case, everything is just perfect though, other than that mesh and the caseback.
As far as I know the size of the mesh is standard you need to buy a small mesh. For me incase I will purchase I’ll buy the black rubber deployant standard size. I bought a standard size mesh bracelet and it dosen’t work for me well.
Fair enough! But i think is the angle and the camera. Don’t know why i don’t see that this watch is big for my wrist… my wrist span is 52mm this watch lug to lug is 47. What feels weird is the strap. And thanks btw! Haha
That strap is repulsive. It instantly reminds me of those crappy Calvin Klein watches from the late 90s/early 2000’s. It’s a shame really, no other watch brand manages to completely screw up a great opportunity quite like Omega. 🤦🏻♂️

Is this the first time you’ve seen a mesh bracelet? Plenty of other expensive Swiss brands use them Breitling Navitimer being the most notable one. Mesh bracelet is appropriate for dive watches in particular

Totally agree the good thing is that you can fit the regular bracelet of a seamaster pro and any rubber strap too

A screw-on caseback instead of a screwed in one. Not fantastic over time. The watch looks quite large on the wrist
