I found Challenger/Medic worked well for me, while farming scrap in Forgotten Prison under custodian/with custodian, buying useful items in the Ward. But that was before Ritualistic, interesting!
went gunslinger start then went through the one shot enough for the zealot set,creeping mist,Maelstrom +10 and spark fire. while rolling for red ring, ended up with twisting wounds +10 and corrosive rounds. with HUGS, im melting everything
also if you're doing a statis effect/ritualist build, the band of fanatic ring does less dps than not having it. on my build, I have better dps without it
Yea you can, just finish the campaign on veteran, ok aventurer u an go Survivor or farm scrap on Apocalypse (Yaesha, no Red Throne, free chest per reroll)
I went through Medic, picked up invader. Blackmaw ( healing shot)+ Boltdriver( Song of Eafir ) Twisted idol Black cat band Ring of mercy Last 2 rings were any dmg source I found, ended up switching to Zania’s + Prob cord. My character was level 10 when I got to annihilation, got it all done at level 10.
I mean, look up the four rings and amulet u need to be tanky/ Healy and farm them on easy mode, bump up to veteran when u get them and smash it. Or just use world analyzer and reload ur saves before the death and keep playing til you get it lol.
Im doing a run now hardcore for the savior. I started off going as far as labrynth on survivor mode to get leto and enigima, some other loot as well, then started my vetern run. Im currently halfway through my 3rd world which is yesha, just got anguish last week so savior is the only weapon in the game i am missing
@@nohist1236 The ritualist prime perk ready: "Negative status effects inflict Infected Infected: victim revieves 15% more status effect damage. On death..." on top of that he was removing ritualist completely, not Just slotting it as secondary, and this confuses me even more because he loses a lot of other modifiers. Was ritualist bugged or different at the time?
@@tommasougolotti4517 Oh whoops, my bad. Yeah it was still bugged, in the livestream he said that it lowered dps at the time. He was only using Archon because he didnt want to split exp with Ritualist. Archon had higher dps at the time for status builds. I think ritualist is fine now though.
Keep your guns 1-2 levels below the areas your in, im not quite used to the newer mechanics like invoker and ritualist but gunslinger/challenger and medic with blackcat ring using the blackmaw ar works for me every run I've done.
How hard would it have been to say the tips and steps outloud 😂 or make the text bigger, anything. Took me hours to get through this video because i kept missing the text. Why bother

Been working my way through hardcore recently. If my handler medic bites the dust. I'm gonna give the ritualist a shot.
Handler medic with black cat was literally my exact build to beat hardcore

did our very first hard-core veteran run this past weekend with my brother and friend. 9 and a half hours and we beat it

Why does he swap fron ritualist to archon every boss figth?
Ritualist prime perk just spreads status to enemies on enemy death so its not good for boss fights. Archon prime perk, increases mod generation.

If your hardcore character dies in Adventure mode, does that count? Or is it only in campaign mode that a death is persistent?
If it dies it dies does not matter the mode the difficulty even if your not in your own game. death is the end no matter what
Really wish this was more of a guide. Like, I'm glad you can do it, but this doesn't really help me much.

I did the same on my run for hardcore, I think ritualist is the easiest to set up.
I missed the part where you got Archon as a secondary, how if not corrupted status?
already had it on my main so any alts can just buy it from the archetype dude in ward 13

nope, it's in the open area's though and not in the dungeons if that helps. morrow parish/forlorn coast areas
@@OhDough I farmed and got mine just rerolling and running the first dungeon in forlorn coast next to Leywise so it can 100% be found in dungeons

I really can't understand the logic of using hot shot in a weapon that already does fire damage 🫠
It adds an extra stack of fire on the enemy
With ritualist scrap shot is way better for sparkfire and if you add fetid wounds on top it's getting a bit crazy 😅
