I remember the time that many devs we took place at Ludum Dare and many other gamejams and just because of this experience we level up fast and we could became better and more rounded game developers. I think people are not doing that so much nowadays. And I would say that it's exactly the time that we need to do it. It also helps our reels A LOT and showing that we really have team spirit.

Hey Ere, Absolutely I do, I think just like motion capture when first introduced years ago it’s scary but just makes the job more efficient.
why layoffs started in 2024 , when it will end
