I don’t know what that cook is on, but everyone I know has black pudding when the have the full lashings. Even better in Cornwall where you’ll encounter hog’s pudding too; a pork based fat sausage flavoured heavily with sage.

Aye but they use butchers sausages, but aye square sausage is a must for me.
i make my ain shortbread i add a wee dash of vanilla extract to the mixture when i'm creaming the butter and sugar
