درود بر شیر دختر ایرانی، سارا بهمن‌یار عزیز. از این مسابقه بسیار لذت بردم، از سرعت خیلی خیلی بالایی برخورداری، هم در اجرای تکنیکهای دست و پا هم در اجرای رقص‌پا عالی بودی، هوشمندی و هوشیاری هم در اوج خود بود، بخصوص زمانیکه درست در حمله حریف ضربه جودان‌زوکی خوبی زدی، استحقاق امتیاز کامل رو داشت... خلاصه عالی عالی و بازهم عالی بودی... موفق و کامران باشی سارای عزیز... 👌✌👊
The reasons that karateka are supposed to wear gis which have sleeves finishing on the forearm and bottoms at the shin are twofold: to stop the fabric flicking into the opponents eye and to prevent dislocating or breaking fingers which can become entangled. Standards are extremely sloppy nowadays.

Real fighting is sloppy. Your punching, and kicking at your hardest. Your off balance, and your opponent is moving, and fighting erratic. That's why you practice balance, Bruce Lee said you can't be effective without it. Movies are core graphed, that's why it looks so clean. Bruce Lee fights look clean because he had almost perfect control of his body, a true master. He had training methods that are lost, and other variables that made his competitors look like jokes.

I think I prefer K1 and MMA to these structured non-contact bouts. They were very well trained and =fast=, which surprised me.
