We've been working with J. Krock at S-Flex and could NOT BE HAPPIER. Ours is intended to be commercial, over-metal application. Jim is so easy to work with. Totally knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend these guys.
Application #2 was developed for Manufactured Housing / Modular Building factories. The assembly allows completed buildings to be shipped thousands of miles without cracks. Consideration: Without smooth transition at joints a shadow line could be noticeable in critical light. Application #1 ensures a smooth surface prior to Stuc-O-Flex Finish installation. Base Coat & Fiberglass Mesh strengthen the outer surface keeping substrate movement to a minimum. “WaterWay Rainscreen” is optional
hey when applying the base and the cement you said apply at 8 inches thickness does that mean that the mortar has to be 8 inches thick? or were you meant to say 8mm?
Because our Base-Coats / Stucco incorporate Acrylic Polymers for better performance, always apply to a dry surface. Adhesion will be stronger than the substrate itself. Call 1-800-305-1045 anytime for additional information or technical support.
Hello Leo, No Problem - Applications to existing acrylic finish is very common. Prepare the walls just like you were going to paint (i.e. clean, dry, free of foreign contaminants, etc.) and you’re ready for Stuc-O-Flex. Although every project is unique, so call 1-800-305-1045 to discuss specifics for your particular installation. Kind Regards,
technique #2 uses much less material, and is faster to complete. What issues does #2 have that would cause someone to go with the more labor intensive, more expensive technique #1?

+joel linn Hello Joel, There are a number of application options - this video only demonstrates a couple of them. Please give us a call any time if you'd like to discuss other installations. Best Regards,

I’m very interested in your product! Especially #2 method! Can I apply this with weather board under the cement board instead of osb board?
I have a corrugated mobile home. Help! Do i fill it in, remove the siding, nail the concrete board over it????
This is can use only for interior or exterior?
how much is your drainage mat?
I would like to know more

Do you have a smooth stucco product that can go over cement board for exterior?
Yes, Stuc-O-Flex "FINE" Finish can be used to create a smooth surface. Give us a call anytime @ 800.305.1045
Did you ever try to make a Ashlar slate pStone pattern or. Rustic. Log look. I'm interested in 5 to 10 buckets of. finish coat. how much $
use Tape for a pattern and. a Wisp broom for log. xtra heavy texture. like. 1\2. to 3/4 thick

The base coat is applied at 1/8 inch thick - not 8" or 8mm
8 inches across? Like the trowel?
