...Okay, I'm not even going to fake eagerness. I just- I can't say I like Dave. I like Davetrap, I like the hilarious but threatening Dave, and I like the nonsense that had to be accepted to pal with him in DSAF 2... But making Dave a victim and setting him up as an ignorant innocent? I don't know...
The meta joke, by the way, is that the Puppet calls out not feeling bad for Dave's tragic past and then feels bad for Dave's comically 'tragic' past. It's a lampshade, it's clever... But... I don't know. I think a lot of people would take it at face value, because it is played a little straight.
But, on the plus side, by the next part we will be back in the pizzeria! At least Phone Guy's got my back- even if it's only because he can't afford to be in another failing business. - Ігри

I guess the reason why Dee got angry that Old Sport and Dave were together was that, even if Old Sport never killed anyone in 'this' timeline, Dee has to watch multiple timelines and endings, including ones were Old Sport is a child-murdering psycho, since the Flipside is outside time.
Especially the “legacy” timeline

I think the reason flipside dave is ignorant to the shit Henry pulled is because that information is with reality-dave. It makes sense when you consider that reality-dave has never said things like this about Henry, and has no reservations about saying how shitty of a person he was. So he isnt really innocent as much as literally unable to accept what Henry and he have done.
That makes the scene make a lot more sense, or at least to me it does.

I read the caption, and I agree in part about Dave being set up as a tragic, innocent victim being wrong. Dave definitely was at fault for going along with Henry’s antics, him being poor and in need of a person to take care of him didn’t make it okay. However, the things he did after Henry started messing with his brain and body weren’t really voluntary, it was explained that whatever part of Dave was still alive was twisted beyond repair, but again, Flipside Dave isn’t responsible for Reality Dave’s antics. So Dave is a victim, but his initial 2-3 crimes with Henry were in his control and therefore his fault.
Though to be fair, I was curious. Did Dave actually help Henry with the first murders, or did he just help with luring/covering up? Because if he just participated in luring and covering up, I could understand that. Henry could have easily convinced Dave that he needed to speak to a guest in the saferoom, Dave would ignore the rules about the saferoom because he trusts Henry. After the incident, Dave would help cover everything up because he trusts Henry (or at least, he’s all he has now in order to survive, so he HAS to cover up for him) Then, up until Dave’s body was corrupted, he could have kept helping Henry with luring/cover ups because he was scared that if he retaliated, he’d be killed like the first victim.
But if Dave directly assisted Henry with the actual death part, then he’d have less of an excuse. Even though he can’t go back to living on the street, Dave wouldn’t resort to murder out of necessity to keep a friend/parent figure. If someone is absolutely innocent and has qualms about murder, they’re not going to completely drop their morals and do it just to obey their idol. I think if he participated, he did so voluntarily and is responsible.
I'm still crying at the fact how it all started on a pizzeria and ended as their death, sadly Jack couldn't join them.

I honestly love all your play throughs of this game but my one and only complaint would be your skipping over the audio way to fast. Which is okay since it's your play though so we play by your rules, and I can just pause to read which I honestly don't mind. But it appears to me now that your clicking so fast by the time I click pause to read it's already moved to the next text box so I'm only able to read every other one. Besides that honestly love the commitment you've shown when playing these games by going above and beyond by getting every ending in this set of games. If I was able to ask only one question it would be would you be willing play the rest of the five nights at fuck Bois series? If not I understand but figured I would ask because if you create a game-jolt account and login in on any of the games it goes from a 3ish hour game to like a 7 and a half hour game. This only applies to five nights a fuck bois 1, 2, and 3 to my knowledge also theirs a metric SHITTON of bonus bosses, lore, and items. why did you skip through the text in dave backstory barely heard any of it ;w; I know this is late like 4 years. But if you still doing something like this or want to redo it the point of no commentary is for people watching to be read the dialogue. even if you read fast got to let all the speech even if it text to speech playout and voices to finishes so people can hear and read at the same pace as the characters talking. (Sidenote great lets play glad someone did this).
