Hello! I bought this bag, and I’m just curious if it scrunches on the sides when you put stuff in it, as well as folds together at the top? I know you’re not lululemon support but they weren’t sure when I called them haha

Hi Clarissa! It does not scrunch on the side at all! It does have a zipper on the top so your stuff is enclosed. Hope this helps! :)

Hello, I’m considering buying this bag however there aren’t many videos on this tote specifically. Are the straps pretty durable? And is this a 15L?

Sidney Sun the straps are pretty durable! They do not scrunch on the sides. However, I find because the colour is light it does get dirty. But other than that I would say it’s well made and strong
