Hey guys today I am taking you to some fine dining in NICARAGUA!! We went to a beautiful breakfast place called Buenas Vibras Cafe and Los Ranchos in Managua, both meals were great guys :) Let me know what you think if nicaraguan food!
We went out first date night to Los Ranchos when we moved and lived in Nicaragua. Best steak in the country!

Hey girl, how do you stay in shape eating Nicaraguan fried cheese, 'tajadas' de platano verde and a bowl of delicious refried beans? Nicaraguan food is delicious because almost everything is fried, and fried food is tastiest, a little greasy but doesn't matter, right? 😋😋

There is an Indian dish called Tandoori Soya Chaap , you must try that and few other recommendations are Mirchi Bhajji, Paneer Kathi Roll and Shrikhand.
She's asking what I think so I am going to tell her. The first restaurant she went to for breakfast look like they were the only ones there and that is not the way your average plate looks like. It was probably expensive and that is why it was empty. The second restaurant look like they weren't that many people there either she was not being truthful about the price of the food because one 16 oz churasco cost $24.65. bread is not typical in Nicaragua, tortillas are. I live here and to get a good meal the way she's describing is expensive.

si esta bien es un desayuno regular no tiene nada de especial es solo adornar en orden los ingredientes. No vale lo que pagas . Fijate bien...El gallo pinto q t sirvieron es solo arroz con muestras de frijoles como lo hacen los puertoriqueños, ademas debes diferenciar entre arroz con frijoles adornados y el verdadero sabor del gallo pinto, luego t adornan los platanos fritos y un quezo semiderretido comun xque no te dan el nombre, y los huevos no saben cocinarlos xq no se deben presentar con la yema rota, ademas debiste decirle q temperatura los querias o tu nos sabes q se piden: over easy, over mediun, over hard and sunny up....Este desayuno lo hago en mi casa frecuente pero con una mejor salsa y no como t lo sirvieron que es minusculas muestras d tomate y cilantro.....si no sabes del desayuno verdadero nica debes preguntar antes de sacar videos xq en el norte y en otros lugares hay mejores desayunos. y e; cafe xq lleva un whippe cream en forma de corazon u otra figura...no la calidad es q deb en decirte la variedad de cafe que sirven la calidad y si es o no organico. No exageres con lo decir que delicioso...primero aprende sobre calidad en sabores de nicaragua y de las reglas que rigen el arte culinario. saludos y gracias por tu videos ya ahora se que no iria a ese restaurante a no ser q se asesoren de lo que es calidad y sabor en la comida.
No es solo "adornar" el plato es EL SABOR, EL SABOR! Y la comida puertoriqueña ES TOTALMENTE DIFERENTE EL SABOR...no vengas queriendo comparar LOS SABORES, porque SON TOTALMENTE DIFERENTES. La comida boricua USA EL "SOFRITO", la comida nicaragüense JAMÁS USA el "sofrito". Otra cosa los boricuas "cocen el arroz junto con el sofrito" y eso le cambia totalmente el sabor. Es más a todo le ponen "sofrito": sofrito al arroz, a las habichuelas, a la carne, a las sopas, a las chuletas, etc, etc. En Nicaragua se cocina TOTALMENTE DIFERENTE!
Por eso cada país se distingue del otro.
Si a ella le ENCANTÓ Y DISFRUTÓ DE ESE RESTAURANTE, está en todo su derecho.

Obviously it is not 'comida callejera o comida casera', neither is a fritanga place.
Food at 'fine dining restaurants' tend to be a kind of different, we see different portions, food texture, and plate decoration and of course the cost is pricey.
The good thing is that you can have both choices, it's up to you and to your wallet.
