Some of these are already taken but I basically show you the location of every item to be found in this stage stomp all flowers lol if you follow the paths i take with each item for transformations. Late game replays are best for trying to 100%. Forms needed: Spider, Monkey, Mermaid, elephant, crab
Form attacks needed: Monkey dash, Elephant stomp, elephant dash, waterfall climb
Also someone asked why not just use bat form for this race. I show why lol

at the time i was unaware of the bat sonar so i did the dark room without it ._.
Ha do not feel bad I have heard a lot of people actually didit without it.
I wasted a lot of magic using thunder on order to see the platforms and a lo of life, reminded me of castlevania Sotn.
I did too but I used the light when you transform
Jesus christ at the lasers room I literally went with the mouse transformation and squeezed through the small safe zone each time lasers came LOL

For those confused about the waterfalls, you need a item called waterfall relic. You need to go to main street and go where the chef was and use harpy, go left there should be a chest.
How do i get over there? Neither my monkey or bat reach it up there
@@minduew5654 I recommend the harpy. Its unlocked after the fight with squid baron.
Maybe you know this already, but monkey bullet can be used to get the heart container as well, rather than the crab, mouse or harpy but it's tougher
Didn’t know the crab’s shell was immune to lasers. I used the tank to just speed through at the right time
Yes I head many used so many different methods such as the monkey. The tank had come out sadly way after this
Ummm there's a power called Invincibility you get from the Item shop.
I used the monkey bullet with perfect timing.
For the lasers use the Invincibility spell you get from upgrading the Mirror spell at the Item shop. Way easier and takes less time. Also know that both the Mermaid and Crab dance uses the Waterfall relic that allows you to up and down waterfalls.

Also I never would have expected you use the crab to get past the lasers, I just timed a really precise monkey bullet
oposdeo np. I suppose monkey is good for that section to. I just sorta figured crab is a bit safer
Yeah I never figured out what the crab shell was for. The monkey bullet is really hard to time, it definitely isn't intended, but it's a little faster.
I did that as well. Took me a few times.
I was looking for the spider venom in the wrong place. There was a hidden chest on the first airship you land on and I thought it was there. Must be part of the ship. Thank you for making these videos. They really helped me out.

During 11:06 do NOT rush in with the elephant, My Shantae became invisible in the next scene then after 1 minute the camera moved to another section and was able to hear Shantaes attacks but the screen wouldn't move :0

So when do you get the bat light? I've gotten every item up to Hypno Baron's Castle & still no bat light. That's okay I just followed your walkthrough & also the pots in the room. Thanks!

Same, i just held on to the wall in monkey form then waited for the right moment to bullet to the other side. It works though!
@@DarkVizardBerryTan it's easier to get and use Invincibility instead of being an idiot and taking way longer to get through the level.
I didnt know how to use the monkeys bullet so for that part I used the monkey and the harpy which took an hour to do....

rofl you misunderstand me. I did not want the dance lol. This was just to show people where things were. I was not going for 100% this run. Ive finished the game long after I did this.
You could make these videos literally half as long by editing out the pointless sections like you doing the carpet race and dying and everything.

How do you jump down through platforms? I had to use the Sophia III form with down+jump, other forms only jump up.
It depends on the platform. Not all can be dropped through. If you mean on the first ship section you just need to be right on top of it.
You know you can use the bubble shield against the lasers?

I think he's talking about the 3rd version of it which is the Invincible Shield.... that was my first instinct and I sped through the level just fine
Wow that comment is old... Yeah, if I remember correctly, I farmed a lot of gems early on by using the lamp transform in the hot bath room, then I upgraded all the abilities to the max. So I probably never realized the early limitations of the shield power...
Ahh, I didn't know about that crab upstream move. Guess I'll need to come back later.
hi!! so in main street, on the second part (the first place with all the fire) you want to use the harpy dance, and fly directly up from the moment you enter, to get to the very top left of the screen. when you get there, you'll find a chest that gives you the underwater relic, which allows you to do this. glad i found your comment as soon as i did, if you have any questions ill reply in about 8 hours since im going to sleep now :)
if you don't already have the harpy dance you'll have to finish the castle first btw :)
@@okumay Thanks a lot for responding so quickly!!! Turns out I already had the item and was able to do the move a couple of minutes after posting this, but man, the game did a really poor job there. Just gave me some "waterfall amulet" without explaining what it was for or how to use it. With the transformations they would put you in a room where you needed to learn them, and the attack ones were self explanatory, but not this one.

@@frannavarro-efejota-5018 It literally says in the item discription in your inventory as a water-based form (mermaid or crab) press up while standing in a waterfall.

Wesley Finch stand on the right side and hold down and press jump. It can be tricky to lineup sometimes

This was very early when the game was very new and this was just to show how i did it. i did this assuming many had animal forms but not all items.
I skipped the whole section of 7:25 by using the spider form to grip the ceiling jumping off and immediately ascending to the platform above that gap XD i thought it was a secret and skipped a chunk of the level

theres a room full of spikes somewhere i found and now i cant find it again. it was like a spike maze. anyone else find that? never made it through cuz i didnt have enough abilities at the time.

How do you get form attacks , also got all items but have only 94% , I didn't exchange any items so does it have anything to do with that

Why aren't you using invincibility on the lasers? Bad advice from you, just use invincibility magic power and walk through all lasers... takes a fraction of the time you are wasting.
1. No one would have invincibility bubble this early in the game if they are simply running it without grinding out gems in the first 2 stages over and over *without* buying any other upgrade which some you need. 2. Advice is still good, common sense even more so.
@@DarkVizardBerryTan it costs like 800 gems in total, and the game being the way it is, you have to revisit those lvls like 3 times at that point, just to get to the camp. I had all the items in the store bought by the end of this lvl.

The same way you go up. Just stand in front as the crab or mermaid and push up

The bat form can not go down or up. It's a straight line movement. You'll need to drop or line up where you want to hit just right

aiko137 it's a special move you find in the second section of mainstreet. it's at the very top of the map at the start of the second section
