This reminds of the time I ran Childe with a Critrate circlet, and I chose to use a Pile em Up for the 20% CR bonus. With total of 98.2% CR. After a full set up, he didn't crit. HOW IN THE WORLD DID I FALL IN TO THE 1.8% non crit chance????

u only get that high of a cooldown if u use his skill for a long time. the normal amount i get is between 12 and 17 seconds id say, and since u should use him in a team with good rotation, it doesnt rly matter that much
