Worth Engineering Sandvik Rebuild Episode 1

In the second half of 2022, Worthy Engineering (formerly known as Boyes EQS) carried out a mid-life rebuild of a Sandvik LH517i. This was a massive project that required the cooperation of all our workshop departments, including Auto Electrical, Boilermaking, Sandblasting and Paint, as well as Mechanical.
In the coming weeks, we will showcase the entire rebuild process, starting from the moment the machine entered the workshop until it was ready to return to service on-site. In this first episode, you can witness the machine being completely disassembled.
