Thanks for sharing , good information . I am fixing to change out my carburetor on my weed eater . I have seen other videos that are out there so far this one makes it simple and easier to understand.Great job!!!!
That is easier than I thought, thanks. Even though this was made a year ago, I still observed something when you were removing the cover to the carburetor. Why wasn't there a filter inside of it? You placed a new filter just before closing the cover at the end of your video.
Thanks man! Extremely helpful! One question though. The kit comes with a new spark plug, fuel filter, and fuel lines, but I didn't see you change them out. Any reason why?
Yea but the nightmare involved to tear it apart to clean it is worth the $30 if you ask me. Not to mention carb cleaner isn’t cheap anymore almost $10 at the stores near me. And they have cheaper carb kits out there now too under $20…
@karlstevens2483 honestly when I tear down carburetors, if they are rusty inside, I replace them, if they have just a jello gummy type of thing in them. I clean it, and if the varnish is too stuck to clean, I replace it, usually I'm able to just clean them
Perfect vid. Straight to the point with one camera angle and everything I need to know/see and nothing more. Thank you.
Agreed! Nice when it's kept simple and to the point.
Great video.. Great step by step install, even a non mechanic like myself can do this...

The gaskets have holes that allow flow, they should be aligned with the ports on install.
Thank you sir you was very helpful you explained very well
Thank you so much for this video! I fixed my weedeater by following your instructions!
Thanks for the helpful video! Couldn't figure out why my trimmer wasn't working after replacing the carb. Turns out I left off a seal!
Dude your a lifesaver I was going to pay 120 for some to do this
That's more than the trimmer cost brand new!😂😂
Excellent video!

Excellent Video and instruction.
Do you have a link to the kit you bought online?
Can I put a air intake in it
Great job bro
Crazy thing is when i took mine apart there was only 1 gasket on there. Probably why it was leaking since I bought it ?
Simple, Thank you❤️
Will this setup work for a 4 cyl as well?
Good video!
One of the screws that hold the carb on is stuck and the head is messed up. Any recommendations?
