Pineapple upside down cake is one of my go-to desserts to cook in the dutch oven on multiday river rafting trips. We use aluminum dutch ovens to keep down the weight in our boats, and I line my DO with parchment paper for the pineapple upside down cooking
One problem, you make me hungry! Keep up the great videos.

so honored to have y'all along and happy anniversary
Thank you both it's always good
My grandma makes a pineapple upside down cake every blue moon or so and it’s once of my favorites, could you maybe try a German chocolate cake recipe? The last time I made a German chocolate cake it was from a box and I wasn’t happy with it, so I figured there’s one man who knows best and it’s you! I love the videos Kent and god bless you and your family.
I'm going to make that right now perfect simple recipe. I have an old 1890's cast iron dutch oven inherited from my inlaws that will work perfectly.
enjoy it!
