The Leclerc is actually a really good tank with that new 5 second reload, in my opinion its one of the best MBT's in the game right now. Also, you should do a video on CAS against the pantsirs1 and how mavericks are useless against them because they will just be shot down.

The video represents France well, except my only disagreement is with the Mephisto getting a C. It is actually surprisingly effective. I'm a France main and when the Mephisto first cane out I was annoyed and thought it would be bad. But having played it a while it is actually quite good, it's super fast and the missiles are good enough. It's kind of rare that I can't kill a target that I get the jump on even at top tier. I think it deserves a B. But yeah, overall France is great so you should definitely finish your grind. Especially now that Benelux ground is coming. It'll probably be getting some top tier Leopards and an IFV or two to go with the Lecrecs. And yes France does currently have the best CAS lineup.
You already made it through the painful part of unstabilized agony now your smooth sailing in what effectively amount to leopard 1 variants until you get the wonderful top tier experience of playing 460 different leClercs with the difference being about 1-3 tons of useless appliqué armor and maybe a commander sight or pintle mount

I’m almost done with Japan ground tree and I did enjoy the tree as a whole (that 4 sec reaload is magnificent). I’ll probably do the Swedish tech tree next but this video made me consider grinding France. I do have a mirage already (the event 2000 cs4) and it’s a very fun jet. U don’t have top tier japan or Sweden so I can’t request that but I would like to see ur opinion on the Chinese tech tree, they recently just got 2 new planes so I think they could be a decently strong top tier nation. Hope u can have the ability to do other top tier lineups as well in the future 🙏
France overall is a slept-on nation especially at top tier the 5 second autoloader in combination with the f1 round is an amazing combo only real issue is that the Leclerc's feel like they lack a bit of torque at the lower gears
man, france is a sleeper nation. 5 sec reload w/o max crew AND gen 3 gunner thermals. armor sucks but mobility is decent. probably have my favorite cas. loads of countermeasures, good anti tank weapons, thermal targeting pods (aside from 4000), nimble, dodges spaa like a charm. grb maps being smaller is great for the mica too.
The 5 sec reload without aced crew is really the biggest thing. Aced crews are RARE to get without paying unless you just grind one lineup forever and getting a competitive reload without spending a million SL several tens of thousands of crew points and 2500+ gold on it is really good the only issue is that your a one trick pony and that trick is 96 identical LeClercs
@ it’s the same at lower BRs with a few tanks and it’s really noticeable for example the rooikat has the MTTD and 105 variants and the MTTD is auto loaded with a 6.7 sec reload and the 105 also can have a 6.7 sec reload but has to be aced to do so and even when aced you cannot have anyone dead or wounded and I despite having an aced crew on the 105 I generally prefer the MTTD because that reload is locked in (the low profile turret is also a pretty nice bonus especially hull down but that’s a different matter entirely) the ability to cram your crew points into field repair and vitality instead of being stuck maxing reload is also a pretty nice bonus. I have a full lineup of 8.7 British vehicles that I have aced crews on. some of them actually earned some of them bought and the 18-25 second repairs when you have all your crew members still feel almost like cheating it feels so unfathomably bad to swap to a nation where I have low level normal crews and see a 43-50 second repair every time I lose my barrel and breech when on a maxed crew it’s literally half that. Really the only major issue with France is getting to top tier. The nation is really solid from 1.3-6.7 with a great selection of domestic and import vehicles that are almost a greatest hits of the allies (AKA it gets Sherman’s and m36s) 7.0-8.7 is miserable (unless the vextra is 8.7 then you have a solid option even if only the one) the tanks are over tiered and unstabilized and the amount of research you need is painful. After that you get essentially a bunch of leopard ones with some extra bits and a SUPER Leo 1 with the AMX 40 and that’s pretty chill if a little boring it’s just that 7.0-9.0 range that’s SO MISERABLE
Options for French top tier LeClerc, LeClerc, LeClerc but with a commander sight, LeClerc but with a meaningless bit of ERA or composite, One SPAA, LeClerc again. Also LeClerc

Abrams are paper tanks that get disabled on first shot if not killed, you always lose the turret ring, breach or the gunner and cannot fire back. Best SPAA it has is the ADATS that only has 6-7km reliable hitting range before missile loses all it's energy and you have to visually identify targets and can't even lock on if there's slight fog or cloud in the way. Helis are pretty bad too with only being able to carry shitty Hellfires that is not only slow but also lose tracking even if there's a small pole in the way, I'd even say they're pretty terrible compared to Vikhyrs, Spike-ER's, PARS and Starstreaks. One thing good is the F-16C as CAS but it's definitely not the only one since France also has the F-16C and few other nations have Gripens and Russia has the Kh38's that is definitely better combo with the Pantsirs providing cover and facing much less capable SPAAs. I'd say it's a C tier nation.
Nobody talks about french top tier, because the journey there is hell. Also the most important role in ground RB is CAS, not MBT. It doesn't matter how good you are, death star in the sky doesn't care.
Finished USA, Russia and Sweden. I was between France and Japan as my next tree to try out. This has swayed my opinion towards France. Top Tier Japan just seems like a slightly less powerful Germany, honestly.
Top tier Japan is its own thing, the 4 second reloads are really neat and I wouldn't really say its a weaker Germany since both nations have alot of differences to be compared together
I dont think frances air is all that good America has a better air superiority fighter better cas aircraft better multi role American air is just better in every way the tanks are a different story
France has a better f16, the aim120 are useless compared to mica in ground battles bc it’s close range, as30L are easily one of the best missiles in the game, and there is gbu. The only good multi role fighter in the US for ground RB is the F16 but as I said France has a lighter one with missile launch warning, and the same armement
