I LOVE where I Woke Up As A Shlummutz sits in the album. After 52 minutes of intense and deep psychedelic work, Raja walk up the stairs to get to this bright, sunny, happy, almost naïve place. The tension released is such that it feels like nothing bad could happen to me when i listen to this album. And that flute solo... And that part where the vibe slowly drifts away... And that outro... Such a mgnificent track.

It's some of the best music of all time. Totally unique and has created a sound like no others. We're witnessing a couple of the musical geniuses of our time.

Some wavys yesterday and with the track "woke up as a shlummutz" I indeed woke up as a shlummutz😂💚 it cracked me up, swirled me and left a beautiful bunch of bright shining love which totally exploded into facets of the universe with le grand final track of the album.🤯💜 It is a long time ago that music made my soul make love with itself😂 but damn it, that's what it is. Saw this album played live up in London. Off my face first public playing. Danced like a hooligan. Got given a big lit up shongle hat by someone in the band? Possibly Simon. Threw it up in the air about half an hour later never to be seen again. Got the memory but should have kept the hat🤷

Listening to this album while I board a comet & rocket to the furthest reaches of the cosmos - I mean, trip on 30mg of psilocybin. As I type this, I've come down enough to send an email to my sister telling her that even though we don't always get along or see eye-to-eye, I still love her & in many ways we are actually very similar & really do make a good couple. And that I understand how beautiful she really is - everything about her, from her brown hair & brown eyes, to her silky legs, to her charismatic personality & sense of humor, to even many seemingly mundane things she really likes, like going to the lake, the color blue, and the number 4.
If you stare directly into a strobe light you can retune your mind kind of like a musical instrument. It alters our time signature too. I'd "wake up" at the precise moment I'd started the exercise after dreaming the preceeding events in reverse leading up to the time shift.
Tales of the inexplicable was epic...and I expect nothing less..why should we??...deliver us from evil...this one got legs.shpongled..and happy,so fukyeah
