    I just saw an ash borer on my pecan firewood, tried to kill it. This is the 2nd one I've seen this year.

    the trees in Dallas seem smaller than the ones out east. Am I the only one that sees that?

      Yeah. That’s because Dallas is on a prairie.

      Nutrients get bound to the alkaline clay soil and makes it difficult for plants to access. Less nutrients, less growth.
