We live about 15 minutes away. We go for the seafood and specials. It never gets old going there..we love it!! My husband has taken 2 of the cooking classes and have enjoyed them.
My son goes in there all the time. He lives in the Fairfield area. That is the coolest store. Everyone should go in there at least once! They have everything you can imagine.
Wow! A person could spend a week going through this place. If I ever go to Cincinnati I will make it the destination. I'm not a city person but it's tempting to go just to see this ! Missed Jess. 😢 I pray she is well today.
This location isn’t in the city of Cincinnati. It’s in a suburb of Fairfield, but on a busier 4 lane thoroughfare. However, it’s very easy to navigate.
😮 Wowzers!! My next 'Just Because Road Trip' I can afford 💰 to take will be to Cincinnati's Botanical Garden 💐 and Jungle Jim's! 🐒🌴 Thanks for sharing! 💕
Staying in Cincinnati this past few weeks, and just left JungleJim’s today and they were doing the podcast! So fun, I visit everytime we come see the in laws. Loooooove me some Jungle Jim’s. Funny we usually park in the Rhino lot but today decided to park in the Giraffe
I’m from the San Francisco Bay Area, I’m going to visit my son in Columbus in June, Jungle Jim’s is always on my list, can’t wait to go back, I bring a carry on, and 2 52 inch check in bags, I always buy a ton to bring home 🏡
I work at Jungle on the weekends! It'd fun and I enjoy meeting all the out of towners! The international folks too! Do check out the markdown section cause you can find some real deals there!
First, I enjoyed your Jungle Jim tour. I was so excited when the title showed Fairfield. Unfortunately, it wasn't in California. I cook with products from all over the world, so JJ's would be a place I would shop first. Thank you for taking the time to share. I use many of the items you mentioned. I only use the Amish (green) rolled butter. It's worth every cent. I'll check out some more of your other videos. God bless you and your family. I love you in Christ. Hugs from northern California
This is MIND-BLOWING!! If I ever have a chance to go to Ohio, I will be visiting here. I'll probably walk around with my mouth hanging open in sheer amazement (well, ride around on a scooter, anyway). Just a note: the Essential Everyday brand seems to be one sold to independent stores, as I've seen it in private stores here in Virginia. Thank you for the tour!
Lol!!! You cracked me up with that eel shock. 😂 Glad you showed the pet section. It’s the only place I can get my brand of dog food. It’s more expensive online. But Jungle carry’s Dr Gary’s dog food and no one else around here does. And their ramen section back in international is crazy big.
What a fun place to shop! It's like a grocery store amusement park. I'd love it if they had a merry go round with animals to ride on and a petting zoo too, hey they may have one for all I know. Thanks for taking us to Jungle Jim's again Danno. I really enjoy looking around with you when you visit there.
This is worth driving to Fairfield, OH and spending the weekend alone!! I am thinking I should move to Ohio! LOL I have learned so much about Ohio from this channel. I never knew anything nor did I know how beautiful it was/is!! Wonder how the job market is? LOL Joking. LOL
Not bad, actually. Several major corporations are headquartered here, including Kroger and Proctor and Gamble. If you don't mind a commute, settle in Warren County which is northeast of Hamilton county where Cincinnati is located. It's semi-rural small towns and exurbs within commuting distance of both Cincinnati and Dayton - and Columbus in a pinch.
We went on the way home to the Atlanta area after the eclipse (went to Cleveland to see it). My kids wouldn’t miss a trip to jungle Jim’s anytime we’re anywhere near Ohio!
Happy Adventures Danno! Best regards to Jess. 🙋♀️ It would be great if Jungle Jim's added my two faves to their butter collection: Hokkaido Cream Japanese butter (even richer tasting than Kerry Gold!), and Smoked butter, which makes amazing homemade Chex Mix!
If you really want to enjoy the store, avoid weekends!!! Danno: The monorail does function! Not the spot where you showed the monorail but rather in the back/side of the store. Every once in a great while, they will run it for the public! Not very often but it does happen.
Wow! I know a few people that I'd love to get those puzzles for a Christmas present. So jealous! Wish we had one around here. Thanks for bringing us along! So much fun. Love how you show a lot of their products!🙂👍✌️
Thank you Danno and Jess for sharing your trip to Jungle Jim’s. Awesome place. In the day my room was covered all walls and ceiling with Kiss and AC⚡️DC picture and posters. First records as well. Love Jim Shore stuff now. Have a Blessed Day All ❤
My favorite store in Ohio ❤. Love the delicious big fat pickles, hot, mild, garlic 😋. Great prices for vegetables. And they do mark downs on vegetables, so nothing go to waste. Wonderful prices st the Deli and can goods. Love their fresh seafood. Thank you Danno ❤
I live in Northbrook Ohio 15 minutes away from there jungle Jim has grown exponentially I remember back in the day when they first came out about 27 years ago born and raised Ohio
WOW. Everything, the produce, let alone the goodies, everything. I need to win the lottery! (If only for the Italian section!) Fresh OKRA can be found at Indian Markets. PATEL BROTHERS International is big in the northeast and California,(maybe some spots in between.) You have one nearest to you in Sharonville. (and boy, RICE!) Good produce prices there .Their prices have gone up, they used to have more bulk spices, but there are all kinds of grains, beans and alternative flours.
That place is like a destination vacation! Thay anyique syove reminds me of my Grandparents one. I enjoyed this video a lot. Oh how I loved Kiss, too! I was 25! Wow! Thanks Danno for another greay experience. Blessings.❤️
We don't have one big international market but we have several Asian, Hispanic/Latino, and European markets. They are very cool and have products you can't find at regular American grocery stores. The prices are usually pretty good. Jungle Jim's seems like a lot of fun!
This reminds me of this grocery store in NY my dad would shop at except on steroids. I forgot the name of the place I am talking about but I remember ut being on a hill and it had live farm animals, something that I almost never saw elsewhere up there and animatronics that would turn on when you push a big button.
I am close to eel pretty often. One of my favorite foods. I try to keep my bill down to $100 when I go there. But I don't think I have ever quite made it. They are the best priced (and largest selection) of those boxed India microwave meals. I usually get at least a dozen when I am there. I buy some Asian foods while I am there too, but I find that most of the asian things I want are lower priced at CAM. I wish they did have everything. They stock Queen City products, but NOT pepper loaf deli meat. I have not had it in over 10 years and the Louisville area does not have it anymore. Danno, if you could keep an eye out at your Meijer and Kroger and LMK if you see some.
Oh, thank you for taking us along, Danno! It was fun. I haven't been to JJ's in about 4 years, back during the stupidity! My husband needs to go, I know he'd enjoy it!
I was hoping you’d go there sometime I was given a gift card some years ago as a Christmas gift from a coworker bc her and I are foodies!! I’ve only been there once as I live about an hour and a half away so when I would go I’d have to make it worth it!!!
Why I live in Florida and you would think we'd have something like this but we don't. I wish we had a huge farmers market here. For Florida all we have is a countrified Hitchcock's or sams.
Thank you Danno for showing us all the goodies at Jungle Jim's
We live about 15 minutes away. We go for the seafood and specials. It never gets old going there..we love it!! My husband has taken 2 of the cooking classes and have enjoyed them.
Jungle Jim's story is amazing and I love how far he expanded from a fruit and vegetable stand! That is amazing!
My son goes in there all the time. He lives in the Fairfield area. That is the coolest store. Everyone should go in there at least once! They have everything you can imagine.

What a place. Thank You Danno for taking us on a awesome tour of Jungle Jim's. Everything so fresh and nice.
It's a day trip for us as we live up in Fort Wayne.
I love Jungle Jim's! There's so much to see and buy!
😃👍

I always think of San Francisco as the food capitol of the U.S. I'm surprised you can't get most of those foods there.
@@americafirst9144probably more for the experience
If you like tacos check out Birria tacos on high st. In Columbus. Best tacos ever
We live about 4 hours from Cincinnati, We've got to take a day trip there soon!! Thank you so much for the tour!! ❤

Thanks for the tour! Yes, doing a series of videos of the different sections would be great ... and not so overwhelming.
Happy Adventures Danno! Best regards to Jess. 🙋♀️
It would be great if Jungle Jim's added my two faves to their butter collection: Hokkaido Cream Japanese butter (even richer tasting than Kerry Gold!), and Smoked butter, which makes amazing homemade Chex Mix!
What a cool store. I bought a Miessermeister knife about 2 years ago, Thanks Danno hope you bought some good items looking forward to tonight video .
Hi Danno and Jess❤ I love this place! Oh my those desserts looked so delicious 😋 Did you get any?

My mom used to say, stay outta stores to save money. I get her meaning as an adult. Haa
The next time my husband and I visit our friends in Massillon, we will have to come to Cincinnati and check out Jungle Jim's and other places.
WOW ... Neat ! I've never seen a place like that : 0 Thanks for showing us around - Hope u both HAGWknd : )
My parents shopped at the original farm stand in Hamilton. Great memories of Hamilton!

Thank you for what you do! Robin Hood was asking £5,000 in British pounds not $$!😂
So i think i wanna make this a stop/destination on my 40th birthday this year... I live in Tennessee
Love the Beatles Monopoly game! Also the Kiss arcade game. I am a HUGE Beatles fan! Love it!

I have been watching for a while. I would love to go here. I am French Alsation. I would love to see cheese and Escargot from Alsace
Cool store
My husband and I went years ago. Their variety of meats was amazing, but also quite the education.
That bakery section though.

Jungle Jim's bacon is our favorite
Jungle Jim's sounds so awesome! I'm not sure if South Carolina has Jungle Jim's. I might have to research that.
The only location is in Ohio. Its not a chain store
Also, I'm originally from NC :) good to see another Carolinian
Yay a positive video
Awesome video❤
The prices are fair , I’d shop there
The Variety is Truly un Matched.. I gotta go one day
I’d love to visit jungle Jim’s , wish we had one in Canada
Oh, thank you for taking us along, Danno! It was fun. I haven't been to JJ's in about 4 years, back during the stupidity! My husband needs to go, I know he'd enjoy it!
Where is this? There are two, but which one is this? Yes, international market please! Awesome video today; thank you!
I just noticed "Fairfield." Ty.
I need to meet up with my cousin at Jungle Jim's. She shops there every Friday and I am normally not too far away.
Live 2 hours from here, i guess ill have to check it out
Im waiting to be awsomed, lol. Edit, I was awesomized
I remember when he sold vegetables on the side of the road.
Have you ever cooked a meal for your dearest Jessica from jungle jim

😀👍
# 92 drive was Terry Labonte
I would need 1 cart just for the produce😁😁😁
Lol
The funny thing is he is still expending
Does Jungle Jim sell anything on line?
Come in with an open mind and an open wallet. There is not a Jungle Jim's near me in Souther California.
You'd turn Robin Hood over to the Sheriff of Nottingham???
Lol
Did you see or know if they sell deli sandwiches at this location??🎉
I'm not sure
Absolutely! They have A Boar's Head Deli with sandwiches etc.
@@coded1gaming989 damn when we visited in June the workers couldn’t point us towards the sandwiches! Must of been out! Either way we had a great time!
Do they sell any kind of tshirts and keychains? I am going to kings island next month and I want to stop by there
I will correct myself I guess it opened in 1975 but my dad never went there
So do people actually buy enough of the weird stuff to make it profitable enough to continue carrying it? This place is odd to me
Never mind. Read it. Cincinnati, Ohio. Duh!
