Gachibowli part of high-tech city has some world standard hospital. International health tourists should get treated in this hospital. The treatment is cheap(for westerners) quick & efficient. 3 BHK flats in this area cost around Rs 1.5 crore or 3 crore Pakistani rupees. They are costlier even for higher bracket employees. Individual villas cost 3 crore & above. Information is that more than 1 lakh flats remain unsold at present.
Big building that doesn't mean not only higher officials will work over there but also from housekeeping to Admin,local vendors bread and butter for their family.

I think you guys missed the main point, IT in hyd - you name the company there it is. All technical coding done here for many of the apps you use. Rest is secondary.
Every building holds canteen, pantry, restaurants but employees prefer cheap cost effective food, fresh air, walk, smoke, tea etc. you will not get all these under packed room..

The main languages of Hyderabad, Telangana are Telugu, Hindi/Urdu & English besides kannada, Marathi, Bengali, odia etc.
I mean you could find every language in Hyderabad. I worked in Delloitte for two years, the same building the guys showed in the video.
