How a P420 and P430 Code Resulted in Exhaust Replacement on 2004 Lexus GS300 (2JZ Engine 3.0L)

After replacing upstream O2 sensors on my Lexus GS300 for a lean condition, I got P0420/P0430 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold trouble codes and I tried installing a spacer for the O2 sensors. In removing one of the "stuck" O2 sensors on the exhaust pipe, I ripped a hole. This video follows up on modifying and replacing the pipe with an aftermarket pipe, resetting the codes and seeing the result.

dont mess with ur upstream o2 only downstream most likely theres a reason that ur cat clogged (prolly injectors) so get rid of ur cats and put the spacers on the downstream o2 sensors

I first got errors about upstream o2 Sensors Soni changed them. Layer, I got new codes about the downstream sensors so I installed the spacers and new sensors and my problem was solved.
