Grizzly! (1967) (1988 Edited Version)

Shows how a research team in Yellowstone National Park headed by John and Frank Craighead collected data on grizzly bears during an eight-year period in an effort to save the grizzlies from extinction. Drugged bears are weighed, measured, and tagged; blood and milk samples are taken, teeth impressions are made; and radio-wave transmitters are attached to collars so that location, range, and denning habits can be ascertained.
