They're not that high. ;) the gals mostly dance on their forefoot/the ball of the foot. I have the same dance shoes as her. And sometimes we sprain an ankle slightly mostly with the jive. But these dancers are so professional they know exactly what they do 🌺🔥😊

Dancing gives you such a GRreat workout. It's fun. And man does it keep the pounds off. I know cause I used to dance, but I never had to worry about weight. But for those that wanna lose a few pounds this'll do it. And it doesn't feel like you have to work at it like the gym.
