Listening as I alternate between some normal housework and a new home improvement project. Gives me the feeling of being a castle servant in Dracula’s service. 😂
My grandma died 2 weeks ago. My family didn't even tell me until a week ago because I was disowned from the family because I'm not religious. I'm grieving alone. This is helping me.
Grief has its own schedule, softening after a little time and then flooding you, only to recede like a tide. Be kind to yourself. If possible, cut back a bit from work and any activities that do not nourish you. The worst usually passes after 2 or 3 years. The less you try to hide what you are feeling from your friends and yourself, the faster you recover. This is how I know: I lost my Mom at 18, and the Vietnam War was a lightning rod, the family used to vent their emotions. My family fed each other the delusion that my anti war activism hastened her death, so I drifted away. When I was grieving, connecting with Nature was very helpful. Planting seeds was my faith that life would continue. The future was not dead. The first summer after Mom died was hot, and I couch surfed. I felt as if there WAS no summer that year. Autumn leaves fell and fermented; they were Earth mourning all that is lost as time goes on. Crisp winter was very long, but by then we had an apartment shared with a friend. I still cried for all I had lost, but the snow wrapped the city with a soft blanket of quiet. I tried to find work, and read a lot. Spring eventually arrived, and I began to learn how to live earned to live again. I hope this helps.

With a creak of old grand doors opening walks inside with the risk of her own life. Deeper inside pitch black through the darkness consuming more of her soul each turn Scarlett had taken repeating that going round in circles upon was getting her nowhere. " What the bloody hell is this place ? " Two shades of bright and dark red caught her eyes couldn't help herself by following to where it may or may not lead too pure gold doors right in front of her eyes.... Reaching her left hand out to push open pulling it back out of options a bold move on her part. Upon entering in centre of the room an coffin like Scarlett had recently done before feeling pulled towards it like a fly on a spiders web. Young lady was back to her normal self whatever normal is right now.... Placing her hand upon the coffin opens lifting it up there was he lay a man all in black pale white cold to the touch , his blood red coloured eyes open looking straight into Scarlett's eyes without exchanging words More he looked at her , resembling his long lost love or was it true to which she was in her past life to the reason he had to be sure... " What's your name ? " " Scarlett " She replied with one simple answer. " You're her.... ? " Mysterious handsome stranger before her bowing his head , whispering in such a language having no understanding of words were said. reluctantly placing her hand in his own..... " Now we shall do the dance of love " Gently holding her waist , pulling her somewhat closer to him , music filling up the empty room once like it use to many centuries past until now. Scarlett and handsome vampire danced in sync together as one whole two halves have finally come together at long last. Sweeping her long hair away from her neck low some vampire leans her backwards placing his mouth against her warmth gently biting claiming her for himself. ( It's been awhile since I have done writing little rusty sorry )
