We speak to a member of staff on the weighbridge who checks with this manager.
Once back outside we are spoke to by a neighbouring company regarding the whereabouts of the drone.

Panattoni is developing a 26 acre logistics site with phase 1 being two units. 439k and 205k ft2, scheduled for completion March 2025 and will include 1.35 MVa solar electric. Early 2024 they acquired additional land, now 36 acres for phase 2 for a 58k ft2 unit pre-let to DPD.
Ridham Dock in previous video was originally constructed in early 1900s to service the Kemsley paper mill. A public footpath follows the river behind Enfinium, paper mill and the nearby sewage treatment works.
Why should they be bothered about your safety when you're on public land, I always thought that you were responsible for your own safety, not someone random bloke in a hi vis

That's true, always say to a cop. Why did you not tell me you were recording. Because it's their policy and data protection. This allows you to acquire a copy of the recording. Cops however will deny its policy because they are just ill bred and stupid.

@DJ AUDITS My dad used to run a branch of DS Smith in Louth Lincolnshire before they closed it down. if you'd turned up there, you wouldn't have had any issues. He fly's drones and knows all the rules.

You're referring to the guy extinguishing his fag butt? Suspect littering is a civil offence, enforced by the council, and would only apply if the rubbish was abandoned. You are permitted to snub out your fag on the ground provided before leaving the area you dispose correctly.
@@grantmason740 You are quite right. I myself consider the guys actions criminal - it's not difficult to extinguish a cigarette and put the litter in a suitable container. Also, I never saw him pick up the litter, maybe it's still there? I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult for the council to track him down if it is.

My understanding on GDPR is that everyone has the right to data protection and it is a fundamental right which guarantees any persons capacity to decide on their own personal information.
Personal information is defined as any information relating to an identified person or identifiable natural person, so operators/flyers of drones who capture or process images/photos, video or sound, or even biometric data are absolutely subject to GDPR..see below. The person may be fully identifiable as you have their full image, or incidental and are identifiable through some other identifying feature.
Flying a drone requires proportionality steps to be taken to mitigate against breaching GDPR.
I’m not convinced that this is the case with many of your videos, especially given that you have published them in this forum. I’m not an expert, of course, but a layman understanding has me asking questions about compliance with GDPR
I’m assuming UA-cam has a role to play with regards to compliance.
If drone collection of personal data occurs in a personal or domestic, and has no connection with any professional or commercial activity, GDPR doesn’t apply, though of course my focus as a drone flyer/operator is to ensure respect for privacy in private gardens, patios, interiors of residences, terraces, etc. I operate in this capacity. Being paid would likely require full GDPR compliance. I’m always cautious to avoid antagonism or conflict. I’ve had none.
