Thank You for the train show tour and your naritive I love all model trains I have all of the big three but really love the vintage HO Varney Revell Marx Lionel and Flyer also Mantua and Atlas model what you like so many trains so little time!
Never boring. Nice show, lots of different layouts to view. Not many people but that enables you to view the set ups better. The moon idea was cool. I’m busy crocheting deciduous trees. Have tons of fir but I wanted trees for all seasons. The pizza box layout is a grand idea not just for scenery but we use a similar type in the doll collecting world, called dioramas. I think it encourages children and adults to be creative and use their imagination rather than having it all on a screen. Can’t wait for next weeks show!
So interesting. I feel like I am at the train show but then I realize I can’t look for nor buy any treasures. Thanks for taking us with you. Never boring always interesting and informative.
Hi Ken. Yup it was fun. And we are off to another show right now! Well not right now.. but this weekend. The Color County Train Club open house. About 10 layouts.
Great video of the show, love the moon feature and im sure its going on the Yard layout. Thinking a l.e.d. flat pot light and paint shadows on the face...
I noticed a "Blooper" on the Free-Mo N trains. The U.P. ALWAYS has the flag 'flying'. The triple-header had the goof. The 3rd engine was 'flying' the flag BACKWARDS 🙂 All U.P. engines 'fly the flag' in the same direction. Pole into the wind. Great show as always 🙂
Gotta visit a train show someday. Never been to one. Nothin' here on the East Coast. Must visit a train show before I depart this cruel world. Nice train show video by the way. 😊
What a great show, a little of everything. You sure seem to have a bunch of shows close enough for you to get to. Thanks for sharing with the rest of us.
Thank You!! :) :) That little wrench is still a tad big for 1:20.3, but they do have wrenches that big in real life--especially to work on steam locos! It came in a greeting card I got some time ago, but I thought of you and your garden railroad.
I used to have some N scale trains etc. and yes so much more you can fit! My brother had HO and got much more into it than I did. Sadly we both married a wife who didn't share the same vision...and I think it went long ago in a yard sale. Sad. Thanks for the video!
You should have both come to the Wisconsin Trainfest (Milwaukee area) this past weekend. It was packed with tons of of trains, great displays and models of all scales and lots of train fans. Next year, make the trek to Trainfest. You won't be bored. Love your channel too.
The moon is actually a 3d printed photo called a lithophane. The light was diffused with the backlight elements of an LCD Cell phone screen so it had good edge to edge coverage without being too thick.
Well guys I assume that y’all have heard about the midair in between a cobra and a fortress in Dallas this weekend unfortunately Casey have some vip’s on bord today 🤨
I had Lionel trains when I was about 10 to 16 year old 1960 to 1966 but hated them and still do because of 3 rails, I kept asking dad why 3 rails and why the real Trains don't have 3 rails? I wanted either American Flyer or N Scale because of being like the real thing, so got into N Scale and enjoy it.
Well.. the Tuesday show in three weeks is on three rail Lionel and others like marklin. Oddly there were three or four legendary street railroads that had center rails AND for the same reasons Lionel did. Anyway unless you are modeling Washington DC it’s a bad look! More on Tuesday November 30th.
My brother and I were gifted with American Flyer sets. My dad and mom got the idea from an uncle who was into early HO from its beginning in the 1940s. The scale 300 mph Lionel we never owned.
I love the kids reaction, future train nuts.
Thanks for the visit😊👍!
Thanks again for watching!!
Wonderful video. Thank you.
Thanks again for the support!’n thanks for watching. We are at another train show. Well a layout open house. Super fun!!
18:19-18:34 A small model of the Union Pacific diesel locomotive is pulling 3 hopper cars and one yellow CP Rail caboose.
Nice show. Thank you Have a great weekend
We are at another train show. Color Country train club.
Thank You for the train show tour and your naritive I love all model trains I have all of the big three but really love the vintage HO Varney Revell Marx Lionel and Flyer also Mantua and Atlas model what you like so many trains so little time!
We LOVE the old box art.
Thank you very much folks :)
Thanks for watching!
love the drive in theater on the corner module. Toying around with building an HO straight module with a drive in but have a working movie screen.
Cool right?

Great show , thank you for sharing , great video as usual , congratulations . Nice china in the vendors area
We’ve never collected railroad china. Buy wow. Love it.
Great video of the show, love the moon feature and im sure its going on the Yard layout. Thinking a l.e.d. flat pot light and paint shadows on the face...
I have a plan for a moon and stars on the railroad. At some point..
Great show. Bet you both had a great time.

I noticed that.
That was on the Wastach N scale! We didnt run any triple headers on the FreeMoN layout.
Gotta visit a train show someday. Never been to one. Nothin' here on the East Coast. Must visit a train show before I depart this cruel world. Nice train show video by the way. 😊
Thanks!! There are some really great shows out there.

And we are at one right now! The Color Country Train Club open house
I love your videos. I'm from Ogden. Now I live by the San Diego Zoo. Who says you can't go home again 😅
impressed as ever; very good job!!
Interesting in building F / LGB Models. locking forward to watch the clip. regards Wolfgang - Germany

No wonder I missed it. No newspaper because it's worthless in Ogden. Thanks for your showing this guys
Do you still have the Substandard Examiner?
(I went to Weber for a year).
No I don't. I graduated from Ben Lomond. 62

Sucks. Start again. Building cars. Or structures. Or? If you can’t build a railroad you can still build trains.

Thanks. If the air travel is stable and affordable perhaps someday.
👍👍👍❤❤❤🚂🚂🚂
😊
The river on that Freemo layout is superb. The colour most rivers are a lot of the time, not nice and blue! ;-)
The Weber River. Spring runoff. Nailed the look.
The Expo looks nice and I always wanted to visit a train show, and the National N Scale Convention is going to be held in Reno Nevada next year.
That’s always great show!!
The moon is actually a 3d printed photo called a lithophane. The light was diffused with the backlight elements of an LCD Cell phone screen so it had good edge to edge coverage without being too thick.
Yup. We use EL panels. Same thing. But we have only used paper prints. They still work well.
I have not been to a train show in 25 years sad😪😪 I have to change that
Find one near you!
Thous tin plate trains look like marx trains, my father is a big collector of marx.
Yup. Marx are sooo classic. And one piece of Lionel Standard Gauge.
Well guys I assume that y’all have heard about the midair in between a cobra and a fortress in Dallas this weekend unfortunately Casey have some vip’s on bord today 🤨
No!! I need to Google.
Geez. That’s horrible
Poor old Marx Trains never get any love... everybody still calls them Lionel. 😒
They need a better press agent. Like if they were the Marx Brothers. Lionel Hampton?
@@ToyManTelevision Ha!

The ones in new York (were Lionel was founded) do
