It just shows how good the LCK is, every team is strong so there is little difference in skill between the teams.

Yeah, people were flaming and trolling him during the Summer Split. Juhan took his spot but now he carried his teammates to Finals. What a story.

When both teams are even in gold, Chovy feels that GEN is at a great advantage and thus continues to farm cs. When GEN is 3k behind in gold, Chovy thinks that GEN is at a small advantage, and so he TPs bot to farm to secure their "lead". When GEN is behind 7k in gold, Chovy thinks that GEN is at a disadvantage and so he looks for a lane to farm in order to regain control of the game. When GEN is 10K behind in gold, Chovy thinks that the team has reached a desperate situation and avoids teamfighting for as long as possible in order to catch up in farm.

I have never been more lost in a series. Faker has some years left, but deft... deft, my man; why do you have to put two class acts like that. Absolute massive props to the interviewer here, I like that they put her by herself here. This finals is going to be heartbreaking no matter who you root for.

I don't think DK wanted to let Beryl go but Kellin-Deokdam was a package and some leaks said Deokdam didn't want to get traded without Kellin so DK had to compromise. Look where DK is right now compared to Beryl though

DRX went from 6th place in the LCK, to play-ins, reverse sweeping the defending champs, making the final, and now they'll play against the greatest team of all time with the GOAT lookin for their 4th championship.
Wild timeline. All they have to do is win 3 games.

I feel like kingen is being overlooked. His laning was solid and he was instrumental in setting up those teamfights around drag.

He's been the most solid tank player. People just doubt him because he doesn't play carry champs...until finals just recently. He was the last to individually step up and he knew it too since he was versus Zeus.
NA might suck but at least their crowd is always loud, lol.
Spotlight is on Pyosik and Zeka, but my lord Beryl was absolutely cracked all series long.

This is so emotional. What a story, what an incredible run by DRX. Zeka, his first worlds playing Faker-like, what a player. Pyosik and Beryl so fucking clutch. Deft and Kingen on point. It's gonna be nearly impossible to take down T1 at finals but they've already made history, the most beautiful one i've ever seen at Worlds stage. You gotta love it.

DRX vs T1 in the finals has been on my mind for a long time. GEN G (SSG) vs T1 in the finals is not going to happen. That sh*t happened in 2017 and I am really grateful for that.

Nah, he deserves this loss after choosing to go lethality varus in that game. I am his biggest fan, I switched from MID to ADC after watching Ruler but, he flopped this series. This was not the best of Ruler he is a much bigger beast than this
@@aliwaheed906 even with that watching the plays lethality was never really the problem, the biggest problem is tanks have gotten stronger, to be viable adc in these times is a testament to skill, but Chovy was not showing up in this game, he was non-existant when they needed him most

Massive jgl and mid diff. Peanut was turbogapped this series and looked so lost. Also Chovy had less CS than Zeka in all 4 games during laning AND had less impact around the map. Zeka is just insane atm. Also Kingen played really well. Everyone on the side of GenG just ran it down except for Ruler, feel bad for him. I expect T1 to win 3-1 in the finals, just cus the top and bot gap will be quite insane I feel like, but DRX is going nuts this worlds so you can never count them out thats for sure :P

the quality of games + storyline for drx are both amazing, and I think other comments express that really well. Just wanted to add that I'm grateful they had JeeSun do the english as well during the interview / as the sole interviewer. Her interview with deft for Korizon after qf's was also excellent and I think it helped us understand a special moment more than if drakos or someone was up there (no offense to the guy). gud shit
That fight on dragon in the last game, might not look that flashy at first but if you look closely, that's an insane wombo combo. Braum ults 2, gragas ults 4, 3 of which get out of position, insta taunt from galio on two of those knocked by gragas, varus r spreads to EVERYONE. Over the first couple seconds of the fight basically the entire geng was cc'ed

I am now still 100% correct on my pick ems because I believed in DRX. I'm so proud of this team. The made it so far when so little people believed in them or even knew them. But now they're going against T1. I don't know whonto side with here...

OMFG, I had perfect pick'ems. I didn't expect DRX to win, I had GenG 1st game then DRX next 3 but I honestly thought GenG was gonna 3-0 them, just based off of how every caster/co-streamer were talking about GenG being the better team. Not today, though. Let's go Deft! Man, Zeka is lighting this tournament on fire as well. Can't wait to see him match up with Faker.

God damn! the way ryze was played by Chovy was completely different from the way Faker did it. All Chovy did was cs lol
Ryze is more of a macro oriented champ with his kit and faker is better at macro and roaming than chovy so it ain't a surprise. So is galio, tf, kassadin, azir, etc. Feel free to add some more champs. Chovy is more of a micro player with his laning and cs control and 1v1s in the solo lanes but when his team gets behind he can't carry them or is almost useless while faker even being behind in cs or kills is still useful. This set them apart and we know who the goat is in lol because this game ain't a solo/kda, cs competition. Faker is willing to sacrifice cs and kills to support his team by roaming the map and helping secure objectives or punishing by counter ganking.
