To me it was 93-97.. small crew, everyone was gelling creatively. After the movie opened and the Show got a bigger staff (Benji, KC, etc) that's when it started to feel repetitive and blah.. although there were still some funny moments from time to time.
Are you doing a divorce part 3? I may have slept through the divorce roast so nvm if you've uploaded already. (Fred does a very cringe unfunny thing to get out of howard retorting about his separation from alison that wasn't public at the time) but the others were actually great.
This was around the time Howard was on the radio talking about his marriage and how it fell apart due to his career and not being there for his wife. Yet he was cheating on her with Beth a year after the movie opened.
Late 90’s Stern was the best era for any show, TV or radio, ever.
