@Gchildwarrior It is very rarely stated and mostly seen in the traditions they do. Separately, him being in Valhalla might not be as peaceful as one might think. It might just be left out or not part of the marvel version, but Valhalla is supposed to be a sort of training camp for the Ragnarok. Yes they have feasts daily but they also do skermishes daily. They get revived when they die but they fight like this Daily. Not as peaceful as one might think but that might just be where Pete should end up, being a hero till the end.
Spidey shows up in Valhalla. Literally everybody there at the feast stops, turns to him, and raises a flagon of mead in salute to a true hero entering the hall.
It’s even cooler because we also see Peter at a table with Wolverine and other superheroes who had died as well, meaning that while he was solo, he was still one of them.

Not a lot of people actually like the ultimate editions of the heros only a small crowd bought them. That's also coming from my oldest brother who collected comic books for his entire life. No matter how much us fans of the ultimate universe claim it's not underated it really is compared to every other version of our heros.
Before Jeph Loeb (who let’s be honest was probably grieving his son’s death) made Thor into like Asshole Thor, OG 1610 Thor was one of my favorite Ultimates. No one quite knew if he was a psychiatric patient or an actual god.
