There was a yellow E Gear SV here in India which was crashed by an industrialist's son. The family wanted an outrageous amount for the car. Basically they wanted something like $350k n so nobody bought it. Our import duties n other taxes are in excess of 150% so they were trying to recoup at least what they paid in taxes n duties. There's a video on UA-cam of Deadmau5 driving it around the Indian F1 track along with an Indian singer. Similarly there's an E gear Balloon White Murci in the same sorry state still lyin outside some local garage with its engine n transmission pulled out after the motor seized due to bad maintenance post a minor accident. Last I heard they were askin $150k for it. The car lay on cinder blocks for almost a decade n finally made its way to Poland last year where the new owner fixed it up within a month or so n is now back on the roads. The SV was the only one of its kind in the country n it was sad to see it go but I'm happy it's back to a running condition n is in good hands. The new owner apparently has 2-3 other SVs amongst a variety of classy machines.
Yes, also that SV is still lying somewhere in New Delhi, India and family was supposedly asking absurd amount of money to let it go. I don't have the means right now to save/rescue such a car, but Ed if you ever feel like you're missing out on a yellow RHD murci SV you know where to go.
On the number of Murcielago race cars : there are in fact 16 race cars, 11 R-GT and 5 R-SV. One of the first R-GT is ZHWBE16M04LA01051 while the Frankfurt Auto show prototype car is ZA9BC10E04LA01052. Note that out of the 14 R-GT built, 3 have been converted to R-SV in 2010 (ZA9BC10E04LA01059, ZA9BC10E04LA01062, ZA9BC10E04LA01064). So only two R-SV have been built from scratch (ZA9BC10E04LA01065 and ZA9BC10E04LA01066). The R-SV is a different animal to the early R-GT. Stiffer chassis, better aero, better brakes, 6.5 L engine, ... BTW, we are lucky to own the last R-SV built (1066) and only one to have raced the 24 hours of Le Mans.

$10 says they're abondoned in Dubai, Qatar, or somewhere lol. Pretty sick white whale! I loveeee the sounds from Murcielagos. Top 10 best sounding vehicle undoubtedly
I have had 2226 a manual coupe in RHD for many years. There is nothing in the VIN to identify as RHD. Any idea how many of the 88 are RHD and how many of the 52 in Europe are RHD as they will be U.K. cars like mine.
What's the VIN for the crashed Dark Knight car? I know a guy who has one of the three from the film, but not sure if it's the crashed one that's been rebuilt, or one of the other two.
Well, there was a LP670-4 in arancio atlas in singapore. Some stupid paperwork that had to be cleared for export purposes as though it was registered locally. But it could not have been road legal as it was left hand drive. Is a manual car but currently not in running condition as one of the modules under the steering column is damaged and car could not be started. Owned by some Indonesian billionaire who kept his car locally here. I have asked and nope, he is not selling it. About 4 weeks ago last saw it under car covers at a local car lot and has since left the country to another one of his private collections last i heard.
Ed looking to get a good deal on a manual SV now that there are 7 of them. Way more than 5, those extra 2 should surely bring the values down to a reasonable amount 😂
I wanted to make a joke that I know one for sale, but I feel like it would be a disservice to the work Ed has put into this effort. Incredible video and incredible passion.
There is a orange SV in the Netherlands that is just registered here in August 2022. It states it is a Manual when i did the license plate check on the car (But it could be that the local DMV (RDW) stated it as a manual because it is e-gear (Robotic manual) but i'm not sure of that. Spotted it 2 months ago.
I work for an export logistics company and have a few customers who export vehicles from the US all over the world. They're rarely exotic or cool cars, though they sometimes are, but they're usually mass-produced Toyotas or GMs or VWs, and their paperwork is usually awful... the titles and invoices and bills of lading are almost ALWAYS just scanned on a copier and e-mailed to me so it's hard to search for data in those documents. I promise I'm not trying to promote or sell anything, but I use a PDF software called Foxit Phantom which is fantastic, and I swear has made my job so much easier. I know Ed said it's a nightmare trying to search data in a document, but Foxit's OCR is amazing. Something to consider if you're still trying to search VINs on those Lamborghini documents. I swear I don't work for Foxit... they've just made my job exporting cars so much easier since we switched to them from Adobe a few years ago.
Now I did find one sv with a gated manual , I dont know much but the lisence plate was SZ 19789 , it is in Switzerland and there was also a brown one in switzerland
There's an orange manual Mucielago Coupe and a there used to be a manual orange LP640 in Monterrey Mexico, not sure if those are counted as in the USA or RoW on your list.
My dad used to have an 08 Murcielago LP640 manual in Ontario, Canada. Orange with orange and black interior. Had an accident on the title. Bought from Alfa Motorsports in Vaughan in 2011 for $270,000. Can’t believe how dumb it was of him to sell it (at a loss even).
Shouldn't the dealers have records of every VIN they transact for their tax and financing records? If there's only 100-something Lambo dealers in the world, it seems like making some respectful calls might at least find where they were originally sold.
As far as these are european VINs (and Lamborghini are made in Italy), you should invest around 40€ to make a couple of PRA (Public Registry of Automobiles) inquiries. In this way you'll be able to check if they have (or ever got) an Italian plate and the name of owners (also historical)
I immediately remembered Dmitry Shcherbatov's crashed car (beware of horrifying images) because that also was a brown/beige car. But I checked and it was glossy brown and not an SV, so there is hope the car you are looking for still exists.
I don't know much about cars but I found a Lp670 sv matte black(right handed drive) it said it's manufactured in 2010. As for the transmission the title said seems like an auto but the description says it's a manual. As for the price it's around 539 thousand dollars (negotiable)
Both murcielago’s are in the UK manual transmission Mat Armstrong has one and the other that was in the fast and furious movie is there too. The orange one that Tyrese Gibson drove.
I've seen an orange one running around locally in Indiana, I'd be shocked if it's on vinwiki. But not sure if you could look it up and see. Next time I catch it around. I'll have to stop and look at it!
I assume that they never built all 50 of the LP650-4 Roadsters like they were planning? Unless there are 19 VINs that are unaccounted for, they fell a little short with only 31/50. Although I did see #49/50 for sale in 2018?
OMG when I was a kid I remember taking a picture with a pink SV which is in Brunei about 15-17 years ago. It was probably owned by the royal family here so I'm assuming it's hidden somewhere in their collections. I'ma dig around in my old phone if I can find it plus asking some friends I know regarding the pink SV over here
Based from another comment saying they have seen online one spotted in Indonesia, I found back in 2012 an orange sv got totalled. (Can’t find out if it’s manual) on one of the sites guy said it was his buddy’s car and another site someone said it was being rebuilt by Lamborghini. (Not sure if this really helps)

In Dallas TX there is a gated Murci that is Orange, it’s covered in advertisement decals as the car does some local rallies according to the people I met who were working on it. It has the bigger SV Decals on the rear. I was trying to buy an Audi S4 from the shop who had it at the time, and they had it on the lift and I asked about it and was told it was owned by a musician and had some miles on it. Believe they were doing a clutch on it as the engine was being removed.
If I can rememeber/figure out the shops name, I can send you the information. It’s some Euro Diesel repair place, and they said the clutch couldn’t be done with it in the car as there is no way to remove the transmission from the bottom side. Looks like there was some factory bracing underneath that blocked it’s removal. Best of luck!
I’ve ALWAYS WANTED that Dark Knight Murci…I even recreated that scene with the two girls in the passenger seat of a coupe but it wasn’t in a Murci lol😅
I've only ever seen one Murcielago and that was in Scottsdale, AZ and it was driving around so it's been registered. It was burnt orange. Quite a few Aventadors.

$10 says they're abondoned in Dubai, Qatar, or somewhere lol. Pretty sick white whale! I loveeee the sounds from Murcielagos. Top 10 best sounding vehicle undoubtedly
More likely sat in a rich old dudes garage under a cover just gathering dust
@@badway420this is probably the correct answer. Unfortunately too many cars are like that.
I have had 2226 a manual coupe in RHD for many years. There is nothing in the VIN to identify as RHD. Any idea how many of the 88 are RHD and how many of the 52 in Europe are RHD as they will be U.K. cars like mine.
You can't expect Fernando to remember the number of manual cars he made that day after a few too many limoncellos with lunch.
so, basically first gen e-gear Murci are rarer than manual. with Ed's logic they should cost more! #savetheegears )))
9:20 matte brown? I suspect James May owns it.
it's not Matte Brown, he meant Marrone Eklipsis one
Where's does Damon(DDE) MURCI fall on the list?
1 of the 88 manual 640 coupes. 1 of the 23 US versions.
@@VINwiki I hope they can repair it
Ed looking to get a good deal on a manual SV now that there are 7 of them. Way more than 5, those extra 2 should surely bring the values down to a reasonable amount 😂
I wanted to make a joke that I know one for sale, but I feel like it would be a disservice to the work Ed has put into this effort. Incredible video and incredible passion.
Where😊
Has anyone tracked down the supposedly manual Mercy from Brothers Bloom?
There is a orange SV in the Netherlands that is just registered here in August 2022. It states it is a Manual when i did the license plate check on the car (But it could be that the local DMV (RDW) stated it as a manual because it is e-gear (Robotic manual) but i'm not sure of that. Spotted it 2 months ago.
I didn't find cars on your list but I found a 1997 Lamborghini diablo SV manual and 2006 Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster in automatic
Ed can we get a new Vinwiki update? My app is very buggy and we need some new features such as a search by location.
Pretty cool to listen to rich people that come off so humble when they speak. Good vid bruh.
Find a Lambo, take the Lambo. Ok reward needed lol
As a software engineer I could have gotten all of those vin's easily out of that pdf 100% intact.
The pdf might have been scanned pages not even individual glyphs. OCR is the best approach there.
@@aidencoder correct, if they were scanned in they are pretty much images of text, with no way to get the text other than OCR
What ever happened to scammy David wiggs SV??
I sold it to him and we have tried to buy it back several times
@@VINwiki Small world.
I always wondered what happened to that car.
The red one is possibly in Tennessee possibly cleveland or Bradley County. there Is alot of rare cars here for a small town its odd
The yellow manual SV was crashed in AUS about 6 years ago and went through pickles auction.... I have been trying to find it since.
They had a 2008 murciélago LP640 Standard manual transmission in Arizona that never got sold..back in 2018
There’s only 1 of me!! I must be worth a lot 😂
There’s quite a lot of merci SVs in China, CarNewsChina has about 17 different articles with SVs, do you have a list of China market vins?
In my country Dominican Republic seems to be one, i saw some videos about a blue one, it has an spoiler as the SV.
69 Manual First Generation Roadsters... nice! 😏
I know I saw a manual lp670 sv in London in light blue with Italy flag racing stripe in manual .
There is 1 LP650 in Singapore (Asia).
Now I did find one sv with a gated manual , I dont know much but the lisence plate was SZ 19789 , it is in Switzerland and there was also a brown one in switzerland
Theres a balloon white LP manual Roadster in Durban, South Africa.
Can it be bought?
@@VINwiki its a RHD car and was only recently seen out and about.
Jeez. 100 grand. I need 60 bucks to finish paying my insurance. I wish these cars were in ga
Sounds like Lamborghini tracks cars like FTX tracks customer funds
There's an orange manual Mucielago Coupe and a there used to be a manual orange LP640 in Monterrey Mexico, not sure if those are counted as in the USA or RoW on your list.
My dad used to have an 08 Murcielago LP640 manual in Ontario, Canada. Orange with orange and black interior. Had an accident on the title. Bought from Alfa Motorsports in Vaughan in 2011 for $270,000. Can’t believe how dumb it was of him to sell it (at a loss even).
Big sad
Loving the videos!
I know where you can find 2 Murcielagos LP 670-4 SuperVeloce that are not on the list
Where
@@vk849 Dubai. But already sold
@@ArtKurz gated or e-gear?
I bet my friend would have kept his manual merci lp640 if he knew the value would have gone up so much.
Both murcielago’s are in the UK manual transmission Mat Armstrong has one and the other that was in the fast and furious movie is there too. The orange one that Tyrese Gibson drove.
Wrong, one is in Seattle Washington, 2 owned by jay leno👨🏻🦳
best of luck ED, shame on lambo for not keeping better records
I know exactly where the car is but it is disguised as a Pontiac Fiero😂
It’s hidden in a barn that El Chapo owns
Where
Your website's SSL certificate and probably hosting expired. The website is not accessible right now.
I'ma dig around in my old phone if I can find it plus asking some friends I know regarding the pink SV over here
Value just shot to the moon!!!
Could the DMV have info about if these cars were registered and if so where they were registered and when?
Based from another comment saying they have seen online one spotted in Indonesia, I found back in 2012 an orange sv got totalled. (Can’t find out if it’s manual) on one of the sites guy said it was his buddy’s car and another site someone said it was being rebuilt by Lamborghini. (Not sure if this really helps)
I keep posting the links but comment deletes happy to find another way to send if interested.
it was 268/350, not a manual.
@1:00 even my ultimate dream car is a koenigsegg which I know I can get before I’m 40 max 45. But otherwise at least one of each a lamborghini, mclaren, ferrari, porsche and bentley. 765lt and svj level of whatever they have in 5-15 yrs time
I can guarantee you they are not in Croatia. Can I have 10 bucks for that? 🤣
Ed I know of two in bc canada! Damon fryer of dde has a crashed manual lp640 and there is an egear sv at August luxury cars in kelowna.
Good luck Ed!!
And also EU car, grey 640 vert, orange interior and manual, this one loooked soo nice
I'm almost sure you should ask the king of Brunei. Lots of treasures cars are there
In Dallas TX there is a gated Murci that is Orange, it’s covered in advertisement decals as the car does some local rallies according to the people I met who were working on it.
What year did you try to do that pdf to excel conversion? Now we have Power Query and can do it in a minute
