Espinas Palace Hotel - During my trip to Tehran, Iran, we had the chance to stay at the amazing Espinas Palace Hotel, located on the outskirts of Tehran, overlooking the city. It’s a 5 Star hotel, and one of the best hotels in Tehran! #Tehran #Iran #IranianFood
Directly from the airport, we drove straight to the hotel, where the hospitality already shined. Staff were incredibly helpful and things all went smoothly. The room was spectacular, with a view of the snowy mountains of Tehran, and a unique orange colored mirror glass wall leading to the bathroom.
Iranian Breakfast - But the real part of Espinas Palace Hotel that blew me away was the breakfast buffet, including both Iranian and Western food. The main thing I loved the most was the omelet - both the Iranian omelet and the Western omelet. Both were unique and both were cooked to perfection. Don’t miss the omelet when you’re staying here.

Maybe once we step into our ancestral country we go straight to jail since we left Iran because we don’t like the mullahs. But I’m with you. I also enjoy vloggers travelers visiting Iran. I believe what the commenter means to say is that it is a shame that the media portrays Iran to be a country that is dangerous and not worthy of visiting. Mark’s video, on the other hand, has successfully proven otherwise.

It is ans its pretty easy to make too.
*Persian omelette
It’s not hard to make. As an Iranian American I use Pace salsa sauce in medium flavor. I fry it with olive oil in a nonstick pan. Then I add a little bit of tomato paste. Sauté it more over medium flame. Then I add eggs to it. Just add a tiny bit of salt a pepper since salsa sauce already has flavor. That’s the Persian omelette. Bon appetite with a good Lavash bread.

I love that the breakfast had a lot of greens. That's so healthy most breakfast are loaded with high calories fatty and sugary Foods.

Going to use the fork to put some of the Iranian-style omlette on the bread, immediately changed the strategy and scooped it out 100% authentic, Iranian way! 😂 Loved it!

I’ve been in espinas palace hotel and in a room just like yours the food is amazing idk if you went to the restaurant they have in 21 floor or not but it’s incredible you made me miss iran even more than I do now
A S I went more than a year ago and the price of the room was something around 150$ a night as I remember breakfast, pool, wifi included but the food in general in iran and even the hotel is more on the cheap side a meal like kabab in one of the best restaurants there( in the hotel too) was less than 10$

@@daveholt2962 Iranians have a rich history with alcohol (wine, beer). One of our great poets was a huge Wine-o and wrote mostly about wine haha. We used to have many vinyards since ancient times, and "Shiraz" wine is in reference to Iranian wines (Shiraz is a city in Iran).Please do some research. Majority of Iranians drink alcohol (behind closed doors in Iran), and the food is excellent. Have a nice day brother :)
