I've done a few blow thru setups on SBF's. I would run a boost referenced power valve. It will only open under boost and you can adjust it. A company called "simple stage" makes them and a few others.
I'm working on my 84gt. Doing 351 swap with carb and Holley termx running the timing ignition stuff. Be nice having a wideband on the carb. Easy tuning.

So let’s say I go blow through carb or sniper efi, I can just disconnect the injector connectors and control timing through my quarterhorse? That would save me a bunch of money and time since I wouldn’t have to buy a hyper spark

It’s not quite as quick at the moment but it’s very close 👌one thing I can say is from idle to the floor it’s smoother with no hiccups
I had the 1 stud whistle when I built my engine..drove me nuts for a bit till I figured it out.i stud wasn't tight between the carb and intake.

It will also help drivability on the car! as when boost comes in and just when at cruise.

It’s extremely smooth from idle to full throttle. Maybe not as quick at revving as before but it’s close.

What did you use from the terminator X ? Do you need the whole system or can you just purchase what you need from a kit ?
