With lvl 2 set u can beat him easy mode Cnt defeat kos in Hard Mode. As for perks there are many but I will Suggest look for the perks that gives u quick Shadow energy & health. Not mentioned name cuz I may have different types of perks & u don't have.so look what I said.
When u will Chose the Faction there will be red and green bar which ever have many percentage that team wins and u need to grind too much time in duels to get to top .
Possible if u have perks that regenerate health & shadow energy little bit luck also. After spam through disable, Moving backwards trick disable and buffed kos u really need these things. I DON'T HAVE PERKS THAT Generate HEALTH WITHOUT Shadow energy so I am unable if u have perks that gives you health without s.e. u can do it.Those perks are available in Void chest 2.

how to join in a good faction (i mean which have more chances to win ) i am new to game.
