I would let everyone add their own sour cream and/or guacamole when they go to eat it. I used to do the same casserole when I cooked for a group home. It was a hit!
Kristin I just love you and your easy meals and desserts. You make me smile and laugh especially on my debbie downer days and the days when I'm in so much pain that I just want it to all be gone. Im handicapped and my husband has to do the cooking because I'm unable to. But I'll look at different recipe and you are my go to person for easy and fast. I think a whole lot of people would be lost with out you. I do have to say , girl don't ever get sick or hurt were you can't do all kinds of times and tricks for fast and easy meals. Even other people I've watched trying to make fast meals are not as good to me as you are. I have you in my library so I if I'm not up to even up to talikng my hubby through a recipe of any kind , so this way he can look up recipes that are fast , quick and easy. Yea that's what I use to top mine off with. Lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and of course I have guacamole and sour cream for the side 😊
