    My mom used to eat the greens as a wilted salad with a bacon grease dressing. It was pretty yummy, although the leaves do get more bitter the larger they get.

    I have dried Dandelion root, with roasted Chicory root and Burdock root for my morning drink every morning. We also eat the greens in season. Great free food

      I love dandelion greens. I'm not a huge fan of the tea, it's a bit bitter for me, but my dad loves it.
