INGREDIENTS - CHICKEN WITH GREEN BEANS IN TOMATO SAUCE - “FASOLLAKI”
1 medium size Chicken
500 g potatoes
500 g fresh green beans
600 g chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 large onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
for frying
Season with salt and pepper
