Especially when such a towering personality is being interviewed, it is very much needed to be humble and sincere in eliciting the responses in a sensible way. The gestures like lip biting, unnecessary smiling and laughing aloud while communicating with legendary personalities shows immaturity in communication on the part of interviewer. Please try to avoid such mistakes. If you know you're not good enough to apply for those manager roles but you still go ahead do it just because you feel the need to prove something to someone, then you're just causing a great deal of suffering to those who will be reporting to you down the line. People will get frustrated if TDP don't play with inclusive development. If we want to turn Amaravathi into Hyderabad, Amaravathi must be able to grow at least 100% CAGR per year for the next 10 year. Is it really possible under the given circumstances. Even the fastest growing city Schengen in China in the last 100 years was able to grow at only 18% per year for 20 years .
You are rational brother, green field capital never succeeded anywhere in the world. Any city would take centuries or decades to grow organically or linearly. For example pls check green field capital of Mayanmar's current situation. I believe even if all political leaders like CBN, Jagan, Modi and Rahul come together they cannot make successful green field capital. Its due to the cost of moving there for middle and lower class people, without them no city can survive.

If the new govt too doesn't focus on development, people definitely will not vote for them next time just because of super 6. He always said welfare is also important. But only welfare is not going to improve a state. Also previous govt didn't deliver many big promises such as special status, alcohol ban, completing polavaram, constructing capital etc.. If the new govt fails to fulfil such promises even they will be stripped out of power next time. If the new govt behaves in am arrogant manner because of power and act like a dictator even then they will be removed from power. Previous govt did many good things too but people demand a lot more. Improving govt school was a very good thing. Governance has improved a lot. I hope this new govt follows the same. If not then definitely they will be out of power next time :)
It is not about welfare, the delivery mechanism of welfare to end users upto now,no govt is created, in process created more than 1.50lakh govt jobs, sachivalayam and family doctors concept will play a crucial role, 1) the untapped sector is education (1-10, medical College) jagan brings alot of reformation though they are not having votes, 2) eleminating politicians for applying and granting of schemes, it is good for people, not for politicians. 3) DBT, more loss for politicians. 4) if we observe the land scape of india our Andhrapradesh is having costal line if we built ports ,it will become an export hub, after bulding it up some of revenue generation will diversified. 5) liquor is more connected to so many ppl, at the same time more income generation for govt though it is not good for people, jagan killed this industry brutally without proper plan just by considering not good for health. 6) brand building is necessary in this era but not like 😂printing jagans pic on land documents ,his tenure is only for 5years, no contribution of him for the land that ppl earned by their hardwork. 7) subjectless ministers. And they dont know nitygrity details of the schemes as well. Though they bring so many good initiatives no one is promoting even their own team. Only schemes schemes, Funny thing is they lost in udhnam as well after solving the problem existing from decades.

I'd agree, and the same goes for management positions in the corporate world too. If you know you're not good enough to apply for those manager roles but you still go ahead do it just because you feel the need to prove something to someone, then you're just causing a great deal of suffering to those who will be reporting to you down the line. When there's a better candidate for the role, you should step aside and let him/her take over.

I believe common man won't get any stake in the development of Amaravathi and any of the other government developed related activities. People will get frustrated if TDP don't play with inclusive development. If people can't get a piece of Amaravathi related development and if it turns out to be beneficial only for a party or section, then TDP will loose big as well in 2029. We will wait and see in 2029.

If we want to turn Amaravathi into Hyderabad, Amaravathi must be able to grow at least 100% CAGR per year for the next 10 year. Is it really possible under the given circumstances. Even the fastest growing city Schengen in China in the last 100 years was able to grow at only 18% per year for 20 years .
You are rational brother, green field capital never succeeded anywhere in the world. Any city would take centuries or decades to grow organically or linearly. For example pls check green field capital of Mayanmar's current situation. I believe even if all political leaders like CBN, Jagan, Modi and Rahul come together they cannot make successful green field capital. Its due to the cost of moving there for middle and lower class people, without them no city can survive.

As this so called green field capital is so expensive to build, own, and maintain and also due to the lower population growth rate, I am wondering all the promises on Amarvathi will actually be fulfilled? If they fail to deliver this Amaravathi as they conceived, it would be a disastrous and waste of so much money. Projects like this Ambantotta port city in Srilanka was also one of the reasons responsible for their bankruptcy. I hope it won't happen in AP else we will become lost generation just like Japan.

If the new govt too doesn't focus on development, people definitely will not vote for them next time just because of super 6. He always said welfare is also important. But only welfare is not going to improve a state. Also previous govt didn't deliver many big promises such as special status, alcohol ban, completing polavaram, constructing capital etc.. If the new govt fails to fulfil such promises even they will be stripped out of power next time. If the new govt behaves in am arrogant manner because of power and act like a dictator even then they will be removed from power. Previous govt did many good things too but people demand a lot more. Improving govt school was a very good thing. Governance has improved a lot. I hope this new govt follows the same. If not then definitely they will be out of power next time :)

It is not about welfare, the delivery mechanism of welfare to end users upto now,no govt is created, in process created more than 1.50lakh govt jobs, sachivalayam and family doctors concept will play a crucial role,
1) the untapped sector is education (1-10, medical College) jagan brings alot of reformation though they are not having votes,
2) eleminating politicians for applying and granting of schemes, it is good for people, not for politicians.
3) DBT, more loss for politicians.
4) if we observe the land scape of india our Andhrapradesh is having costal line if we built ports ,it will become an export hub, after bulding it up some of revenue generation will diversified.
5) liquor is more connected to so many ppl, at the same time more income generation for govt though it is not good for people, jagan killed this industry brutally without proper plan just by considering not good for health.
6) brand building is necessary in this era but not like 😂printing jagans pic on land documents ,his tenure is only for 5years, no contribution of him for the land that ppl earned by their hardwork.
7) subjectless ministers. And they dont know nitygrity details of the schemes as well.
Though they bring so many good initiatives no one is promoting even their own team. Only schemes schemes,
Funny thing is they lost in udhnam as well after solving the problem existing from decades.
