I have this phone. I'm having weird issues with it. My alarm stops working, even when bedtime and DND is disabled. I clear clock cache, setup alarm again, and a few days later stops working. If I'm using the phone using other apps, and a phone call comes in, it won't pop to the top of the screen causing missed calls. I'm using Nova launcher on it. Nova launcher and alarm has worked fine on the Umidigi Bison.

What I find funny, is this phone comes with Android 13, installed. I have the A9 pro, 2021, with the same SOC, running Android 11, with no upgrade available. Technically, my phone is "Treble" compatible, which does allow for an upgrade, but it's not official.

To answer your question
It's unlikely that the Umidigi Bison X20 will receive an official update to Android 14. The phone was released with Android 13 and Umidigi doesn't have a great track record of providing software updates for their devices.
However, there is a chance that the Bison X20 may be able to run Android 14 through a custom ROM, but this is not recommended for inexperienced users as it can be risky and difficult to install.

It can handle everything very well, but Gaming isn't the best quality , it handles most games and everything else like multi-tasking pretty well , it has smooth performance when using many apps though

It didn't have the feature inside settings to connect hearing aid devices like on moto and samsung

@@CButler It is rugged, but I'm worried about cracking the camera lenses because of the way it sticks out.
I dropped mine really hard while I was doing a trick on my rollerblades , it dropped really hard but the cameras were okay
