I notice as I get older Japanese food is lighter and easier to digest or maybe it's just so delicate and colorfull and made with such care. Anyways have to take it to culinary recipe test kitchen for some new dishes.
I would say Epcot has just as good and interesting food if you know where to look and stick to the festival booths or the reservation restaurants. Too many people go there and hit up the quick service areas and wonder why they end up with bad food
We have a Tsuru ton tan here in Hawaii, been there 4 times. Wasn't impressed, but it could just be the Waikiki branch. it might taste much better in Japan, that happens. Thanks for reviewing at Disneysea! I'm gonna try some of the ones you recommended.
Couldn't care less about Disney, with all respect Mike's way. But that udon place, different story! Yet another place to try and check out when next I go to Japan!
Went just last week. It was a cool park and the rides were unique. But food wise I preferred Magic Kingdom. Several attractions were also shut down. Still recommend going! Magellans food wise isn't the best, but it's by far the best decorated most comfortable.
Flan is custard but it's definitely nowhere near a coconut custard. All the coconut custards I know are custard with shaved toasted coconut. I'm Puerto Rican and I've never heard of a flan being called a coconut custard.
Mike, you always give descriptive and fun reviews of the food, but since you eat so much Japanese food now, I wish you would work on your Japanese pronunciation (intonation). I think you mispronounced almost every Japanese word and the French words withJapanese pronunciation (gratin, Mont Blanc, macaron) except for "udon" which was surprising because most English speakers mispronounce it as "OOHdahn." I wish you could listen to more native or fluent Japanese speakers pronounce the Japanese food words. I like hearing you pronounce Chinese words with the correct pronunciation, but I cringe when I hear popular food vloggers mispronounce Japanese (or other languagesʻ) words because it just perpetuates and spreads the bad pronunciation among viewers. Thereʻs a YT channel by Kaname Naito who focuses on improving Japanese learnersʻ accent and intonation in addition to useful phrases.
Disney food in the US: 1/10. In Japan: 9/10. I really enjoyed the whole experience in Tokyo, probably because I went first thing, on a Tuesday morning.
Why are people so rough on him this video? This is his more casual channel, he posts whatever on here if you want more consistent go to his main channel. Get a life.
Despite living in Japan for 32 years and counting and also being in the same prefecture as so-called Tokyo Disneyland/Sea (they are actually in Shin-Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture and not Tokyo at all), I am happy to declare that I have never been. Probably never will. They simply do not appeal to me and the food that Mike ate there did nothing whatsoever to attract me. The last restaurant that Mike went to looked very good, but wherever possible, I much prefer a small obscure establishment that has been in business for decades or in some cases, generations.
@@dirtyfiendswithneedles3111 not really an answer.. smh. disney world in florida is the cheapest vacation available. even a regular road trip anywhere being frugal. disney is cheaper.
eating popcorn with mickey themed thong seems so corny and silly but i guess it works. would take me too long to eat the bag tho. big fat spoon makes more sense.
That mickey hands popcorn grabber is a cute invention. But you wont need if you carry a bottle of hand sanitiser around with you. use it each time you touch something
Thank you for loving Disney. Am appreciating the share.
First UHHHH-mazing Mikey review spotted at 8:26
That last place is what would cement the entire trip to Japan for me.

cutting the pork loin with the fork was mind blowing
Tokyo Disney food is so unique in appearance and so good! I went back in November and I miss it so much! The American parks just can't compete.
I would say Epcot has just as good and interesting food if you know where to look and stick to the festival booths or the reservation restaurants. Too many people go there and hit up the quick service areas and wonder why they end up with bad food
i love disney love when people show others the disney food
❤❤❤❤ thank you
The coconut dessert looked like a creme caramel, which is made from custard so it makes perfect sense!
Ohhhh I love the Mickey ears!!!!
I'm not a Disney fanatic, but I would LOVE to have a pair of those Mickey hand tongs! 😄

Grah-tan
The only Disney I really enjoyed was Disney Tokyo, people are so polite and the atmosphere more calming
i wish dining out was this budget friendly here in US
"Grey-tin" ? Indeed.
Let's go Mike's video lemme grab a snack
That hat covers Mike's good looking toupe ;{
Mike, you made me so miss Disney Sea in Japan! 😅😢
Couldn't care less about Disney, with all respect Mike's way. But that udon place, different story! Yet another place to try and check out when next I go to Japan!
do what you love 🙂
i always get hungry when i watch you eat, even on full stomach
Magellan's has a new course for the 40th anniversary of Tokyo Disneyland, looks absolutely amazing.

You called it headgear lol... it's proper Disney attire 😂
I love udon noodles and Disney take me please LOL
lolllllllll

Iberian pork is not necessarily iberico. Iberico pork is air cured while Iberian pork is a fresh pork dish
The air cured is just the ham, Jamón Ibérico, the rest of the pork is still Ibérico.
Me drinking iced chocolate while seeing mike devour the entire Tokyo Disneyland 😂
Do you know if there's a place for rent in NYC?
Gotta kick out the parents first
There’s always a place to rent there
Love how right off the bat Mike is taking on the Indiana Jones Adventure 😂 Gotta burn off some calories before the feast somehow!
🤔🤔🤔
Uhhh . You literally sit down and do nothing on that ride …
6:34 “there’s a secret room you could potentially die in here” holy moly Tokyo Disney is metal
Did you forget you already reviewed the NYC location of that udon place lol
Yeah he prob did heh heh 😼
No, he just likes reviewing the same places over and over again (mcdonalds, 7/11 etc.)
Always love watching your vids Mike, all the food looks delicious!
Lol the kid in the background at 1:25 🤣
Where?
Flan is a custard. Like. It is.
Flan is custard but it's definitely nowhere near a coconut custard. All the coconut custards I know are custard with shaved toasted coconut. I'm Puerto Rican and I've never heard of a flan being called a coconut custard.
Flan is more solid then custard.. custard is a runny constancy
All flan are custards, but not all custard is flan. Like. Really. Trust. Me. You. Should.
All flan is custard but few flans are coconut. The dish should've been called coconut flan to avoid confusion. It was in Japan tho, so
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
when you can cut pork with just a fork you know its tender
this channel always makes me hungry lol
I deadass thought Mike said a secret room to die in at 6:35 😂😂😂
He said dine.
@Theal Terist I know that now I just meant when I first heard it 🤣
@@darramuldoon7745 ok
I’ll never get to Disney Tokyo but it looks great. I love eating at WDW. For all the calories burned walking have to keep up nutrition right lol.
them cold udon noodles sounds delicious!!
I Love food ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Best part was outside of disney LOL
Everything looks delicious! 👍😊👏
Wow nice
Such a great video love it Mikey❤❤
Mike in Mickey ears is iconic lol
Hey Mike. The best part was the Udon noodles. Delicious.. Happy Tuesday Mike.. Enjoy!! 🐞
prices more reasonable than any disney resort in the states.
Why oh why couldnt Disneyland and Disneyworld offer these details- Micky tongs would be great.
12:36 Double it and give it to the next guy!
I always love your videos. But this time the Mickey hands to eat popcorn, well 😅😂😂😂😂
I had the mushroom bisque at a Disney hotel, hunter's lodge? It was amazing. And I don't care for mushrooms.
Awesome episode thankyou 👏
man how much was ur grand total dismey trip planing to head thier on my first trip to japan

mike kinda looking goofy even tho he mickey mouse
Slurping encouraged!!
Magellan’s food seems like first class airplane food.
Tempura and udon...gimme
No.. tsurutontan does not give you extra ingredients. They just give you extra noodles for free
Disney food in the US: 1/10. In Japan: 9/10. I really enjoyed the whole experience in Tokyo, probably because I went first thing, on a Tuesday morning.
I totally agree I feel like they can make taste good. And they just don't... Even at the upscale places around Epcot.
Grayten
Disney food looks good .That Udon place is what I would go to Japan for.
where was the Udon Noodles restaurant ??
Awesome job Mikey thumb up.
It always tickles me how Mikey pronounces curry like "Corey" lol.
Be careful b4 you swallow the hands

Drool worthy udon for sure
Mikey forgot his visit to Disney in the US, most of the food was mid.
Let's go Mike 🍜
Mike please go to Nintendo world 😢
Awesome travels ✈
How was he not sick on the rides eating so much food at DisneySea? Man's got a stomach of steel!

I watch mikeys viddos when i.either need a snack or to feel better abt brokw food lol
Did he mention which restaurants he was in? I only saw the food and prices, not where he got each foods.
The udon place is internationally available as well. Including the extra noodles. Not sure about the other stuff. I never managed it though
I can’t wait to go back up Japan.
Ironically I was also eating udon noodles while watching this lol
Me too lol
😊Hi Mikey would you consider doing a tempura recipe for us? Still using your scallion pancake recipe.

You gotta wear to ears to blend in and do rides first
4:06 I wish Mickey hand was bigger I only can grab one popcorn 🍿 at a time lol 😂
I really miss the banter and dialogue from you in between the good reviews. The reviews are always great but there’s no personality anymore.
I’ve noticed that for years now.
Tbh this Chanel and strictly dumpling are kind of the same now, which idm I'm watching for the food but it's not as much of a vlog channel anymore.
Hi Mikey, can you do a Ghibli Park review??? I hope you consider it 😁😊
why do i feel like i saw you at the airport in japan... i was too embarrased to say hi incase it wasnt you.
mike i have some love for you dude but the way you ate that macron...cmon man
Whos been to all the Disney destinations? Can anyone comment on what's the best and worst?
They are all overpriced and gimmicky. If you are a billionaire, you should go to six flags.

Mike. This food at Disney does not measure up to the high standard you have achieved. Cuisine is trying to please many palettes
I wish you can visit Philippines again 😊

Mike, I think that seafood and cabbage salad starter is a version of a Russian herring and red cabbage salad.
What happened to theme park food - bbq ribs, turkey drumsticks, funnel cakes, hotdog, burgers, cotton-candy, poutine?😁
That is American food. He was in Japan.
You won't find those in a Japanese theme park.
hey mike, big big fan!
