Build is almost fully optimised. Missing +3 ranks to ideally Devouring Blaze on the ammy and a fucktonne of governing/tuning stone levels which would provide a huge survivability boost. Missing Starless Skies. Drops off Duriel. Will try find time to spam him this week for it and test out the damage vs Blue Rose.
Frigid Fate is on 26/30 with a level 18 enchanter. Probably won't get 30 without cold damage rolls on gear so if you wanna go full glass you could do that. You could also remove the 2% life node on the first board and 2% damage reduction from burning enemies on the Burning Instinct board and put them into 5% non-physical damage nodes if that would get you an extra 1% Frigid Fate damage.
I dropped x3 925 glacial aspects from Duriel. If you're checking out this build, carrying people off trade or Sanctuary disc ( / discord ) is an extremely easy way to upgrade gear and you could start off with 1 man carries. Glacial value will change your damage the most.
Notes:
Construct doesn't proc tal rasha.
Swap resource support to efficiency once you can sustain off just Tibaults + 925 item power mana cost reduction rolls on the amulet/focus. Can easily get over 50% ice spike crit off Stalagmite +10% (not include in base crit), efficiency and 30%+ base crit.
Go prodigy/conceited aspects on rings until you get tal rashas/blue rose then replace blue rose for endless skies as it is rarest, ghostwalker aspect on boots until penitents and disobedience aspect on pants until tibaults. Blue rose is no longer BiS, the reworked s3 ring of the starless skies provides an insane x40% multiplier. Ontop of that it gives cc/cd/lh but the core skill damage is useless. Need that crit chance as we aren't using Esus and it will help us achieve close to 50% base crit. It drops from Duriel.
The build implements a lot of cold and non-physical damage to scale the Frigid Fate legendary node. You can get a maximum of x30% bonus damage to vulnerable enemies. You will need 300% cold damage in total to get the maximum value and can easily achieve 25-30% with the enchanter glyph + paragon tree nodes.
New juggernaut aspect is better than disobedience and snowguard's aspects if you can get a 900+ item power level one for a thick 5k+ armor chunk.You can reach 13k base armor easily with just 1 armor roll on the helmet.
We want to freeze asap for the reworked Icefall legendary node which makes Ice Spikes deal double damage (x30% multiplier) to frozen vulnerable enemies and x18% hoarfrost multiplier. Control aspect is a x35% multiplier to frozen enemies. Control glyph does double damage (x20% multiplier) to frozen enemies. Penitents' trails adds to faster freezes and another x10% multiplier vs chilled enemies. Note: these bonuses will apply to bosses only when staggered. They tend to extremely fast with this build. Frozen enemies are considered chilled. Whenever chill reaches 100%, the enemy is Frozen but there is no visual indicator of this.
Tibault's Will is BROKEN on any class with a low cd unstoppable source/s. We want to be tp'ing around as often as possible for the 50 mana back, equivalent to roughly 1.5 Blizzard casts after mana cost reduction, damage and damage reduction off of the shimmering teleport upgrade.
If you want to get tankier, replace enchanter for warding, unleash for reinforced and drop an elite damage cluster for safeguard cluster on the burning instinct board. This would drop your frigid fate scaling to around 20%.

Tempest/Fortify can be replaced with Flash of Adrenaline/Genesis for significantly increased damage.

Does this build work for all content? (NM100, any uber boss?)
I'm very stressed playing with ball lighting, at the moment it's good for nm (I'm at 60-70) but I don't do any damage to the bosses, that's stressing me out too much
