Hi, thank you for watching the video. There is no way to pull the barge out of the dam gate, the only way is to wait for the tide to recede and the water levels inside and outside the dam gate will be nearly equal, then the barge will safely exit on its own.
Why not open the other gate and close that gate to relieve pressure to remove the barge. Stay safe world.

Nhà nước cần xây thêm 1 cống ở thượng nguồn để điều chỉnh dòng nước. Cống này đóng lại trước khi cống ở hạ nguồn mở ra. Như vậy sẽ không có dòng nước chảy xiết.
Nếu dùng 2 cống thì có thể mở cống nhiều lần trong ngày cho ghe tàu vượt cống.

Howdy! I stumbled upon this channel last night and watched at least six of your videos. Absolutely fascinating content. I'm wondering: what are the powered barges that operate with their decks awash when loaded transporting; it looks like ore? I note engines, pumps and piping aboard; made me think they were part of a dredging operation; certainly indicates an ability to on and offload on its own. Also, is there a terminal at the end of their voyage where the bulk cargo is trans-loaded to trucks and trains? I really enjoyed seeing the vessel carrying bales of hay. It brought to mind the steamers that did the same on some northern California rivers into the 1940s.
Thank you for the excellent work. I do appreciate the outstanding photography; worthy of National Geographic magazine in my opinion.

я сколько смотрю этих роликов и всегда поражаюсь - тупость граничит с безумием при полной невозмутимости. утонула лодка - похеру. вылез с воды и давай названивать кому то. на лице никаких эмоций. так и тут. закройте шлюз и лодка сама отплывет. интересно там люди конечно живут.
