This time, I want to share the recipes needed for the household, especially now that the atmosphere is fasting. Drowsy at suhoor, lazy to process the spices first before cooking. So we should have a spice weapon that can be used in the atmosphere of sahur or fast cooking because time is limited.
There are 3 paste seasoning needed as stock for cooking. There are basic spices of white, yellow, red. The white base seasoning is neutral in nature, it can be used for any stir-fry dish, any soup, or even fried rice, capcay, etc., Red base spices paste can be a substitute for chili sauce if you don't have time to grind it, it can also be processed for balado, fried chili, etc. Then there is the yellow spice that can be used for preparations of yellow pickles, soto, yellow rice, etc.
Save these spices in your refrigerator, then whenever you want to cook, just cook the spices with the ingredients you want to eat at that time.
Sssstttt this basic seasoning is not the same as the others. There is a distinctive aroma of the restaurant that makes it taste special. It's not the seasoning but the way it's cooked. Check it out in the video.
Ingredients :
White paste seasoning :
- 250 gr red onion
- 150 gr Garlic
- 50 gr hazelnut
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- Right amount of oil
Red paste seasoning :
- 250 gr big red chili
- 250 gr red curly chili
- 150 gr red onion
- 100 gr garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- enough oil
Yellow paste seasoning :
- 200 gr red onion
- 100 gr Garlic
- 50 gr hazelnut
- 2 segments of turmeric
- Lemongrass 3 sticks geprek
- Right amount of oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 2 tsp sugar
