Also to add onto this. A DP Motion is harder than Quarter Circles like the hadouken. You make a "Z-Motion" with the analog stick + a Button. Which is why Seereax never used it cause DBFZ doesn't have that input.

When it turns blue it means they could’ve escaped but failed to or didn’t know they could.
