I've main Kaeya for 2 years and not a lore person..but when it comes to kaeya I pay attention a lot about his story or scenes in game and he's different from what other people judge him. Yeah sometimes he does sounds cocky which actually just some lines? He is actually a gentle person and I love how he always acted with Klee and show that sweet side of him.
His hangout event brought out the actual and more apparent personality of his. And he's very well loved by people, especially those from the Dawn Winery. You can know more about Kaeya from them, more so from Adelinde.

Considering what he's been through and the types of secrets he has, its understandable why, and a lot of other Mondstadt characters (both playable and NPC) are terrible with boundaries so this is also how he makes people leave him alone
as a two year-long kaeya main, i can safely say hes the most versatile character in the game. you can build him as a support, a cryo dps or a phys dps and he will always work. hes probably the best starter any game could give.

Mistsplitter to get more crit damage because he has Crit rate build in. Very surprised with emblem built. Would have never tried that., since his ER is good. But looks fun. Kaeya’s kit just fits so perfectly with the cryo set. Or getting more attack from sets like gladiator. He’s fun to use in fridge teams too :)
I used Kaeya freeze in my earlier days in Genshin and couldn't clear abyss. I'm now using him in an international team (Childe National but Kaeya) and he got his first 36 star clear. I just love his flexibility that a certain inazuman cryo lady doesn't have.
I’ve been maining Kaeya for nearly three years now and it always makes me happy to see people who appreciate him. I’ve seen a TON of people assume that he’s weak because he’s a starter character but my Kaeya, who was hardly built at the time except for CRIT DMG and a bit of CRIT rate did 100k against a freaking Hydro slime and I kinda raged over it😂
He's been my main since I started since I started playing in 2020, and still is today ! He's easy to build and still is today ! Got him mistplitter on its last banner and got his C4 from standard this month ! I'm working on getting C5 from this shop rotation, I'm getting closer to C6 kaeya
I have him built as my main dps in a freeze team (Kaeya, Mika, Kokomi, Venti), but I also occasionally switch around his artifacts (cough get rid of blizzard strayer 4 piece) to put him on a melt team with my Bennett. Because his skill cooldown is so quick, I can use C6 Bennett to have Kaeya apply pyro and cryo pretty consistently, and that's without his burst. I love him, I refuse to main anyone else lol.
Kaeya is by far the best. Tbh if he was available on the banner or a 5 star we would see everyone using him. Its just because he is a starter character that he is also downed a bit as compared to others released now. If he was in the banner I swear there would be more kaeya mains
hey, so about waiting for that boss to respawn, you can just use a teleport waypoint and it should respawn immediately. a few times i had to do it twice but other than that it’s a guarantee fix.
I’ve mained him with mistsplitter and two piece cryo, two piece atk and he has carried me in so many fights. Super underrated. I always get asked to swap though in multiplayer over ayaka despite being c6. Sad times ;-;

Right now I managed to him to level 61 and I’m stuck at around 35 to finish this quest ascension rank two but I’m gonna need the help I can need so I can get to level 90
I'm rebuilding my Kaeya rn, I'm tryna make him a sub dps for my Xiao (I prefer swirl teams lol) rn I'm trying a 2pc bloodstained and 2pc pale flame for lots of physical dmg% (artifacts have atk% cryo dmg% and crit dmg%), and using mistsplitter sword for more crit/cryo dmg. His crit rate is still pretty low, cuz artifact substats hate me, but I am kinda liking it. I think imma try finding artifacts with more energy recharge, cuz Xiao does really well with Kaeyas burst but that charge-up be taking too long lololol
I can't tell if you're trolling tbh. 14k is nothing for kaeya and this is the first ever I see someone using 4p emblem on him. mine hits 50k without bennett and 70k with bennett...
even though hes a starter character, Kaeya is my sub DPS and im not gonna lie, hes helped a lot in most boss battles i have done. Hes such a good and underrated character and is one of the only good starters (Lisa is the worst starter TBH)
When i started genshin my first 4 characters were as you all know travler amber kaeya and lisa but further i went in game my team changed but kaeya is still there in my team he is currently level 70 my team comp is zhongli bennett and xaingling man he is so good i'll keep using him till the end and also please do tell me how is my team comp ?? I didn't really understand how to choose weapons for different characters, so now I have a healer Kaeya, who has saved the team several times. I'm not changing the weapon 😂 This is a question for more experienced F2P players. Should I ignore every character fo a while and save primogems or not? I'm relatively new to the game and I don't have a single 5 character nor weapon.

Kaeya is so flexible with his playstyle. You can build him cryo dps, cryo support, Phys DPS, ect and you can fit him into so many teams

You should use him with Chongyun or Candace sometime his basic attack has very high multipliers
