I appreciate videos like this. I'm planning on getting training this winter down in Florida. I'm from ND so I hope to do a little traveling over the winter to find places to fly. ND is usually brutal over the winter and I worry about not flying for months at a time so traveling might be the answer. Are you ever out on the road Dec-Feb?
Thanks, Adam. Good points for sure. I flew my SP140 electric...in Sport Mode...at the Harriet Alexander Field Airport in Salida, CO. in May a couple of years ago. The elevation there is about 7500'. If it is not too far out of the way, the views from there are amazing. 14teeners all the way up the west side of the valley. Mt. Shavano, Mt. Antero, Mt. Princeton, etc. Fly early in the morning and be on the ground before 10AM. The airport is paramotor friendly. The guys who run the field are great! Nice town too! Safe travels! Bill
Excellent tips!
What an adventure. "Existing is not living", that's something never to lose sight of, yet many of us do. Love the Fred Flintstone running sound track
