We booked flat under 10 90 plan
Later we came to know that units are under frozen tower. Even then builder asked 35 percent without documents last year. Again he is demanding total 80 percent without any documentation. You told that central bank is ready but how bank will make payment without demand letter and BBA.
Total cheating is going on
Already builder is in ED radar. He is cheating with middle class people. How a person can pay 80 lac appx from his pocket
