Grasshopper Voronoi Offset and Extrude

Create a Vornoi Pattern in Rhino3D Grasshopper. Offset the Voronoi polys correctly and create a nice and clean extrusion out of it. You will use some simple Python Scripting for the offsets, the rest is basic Grasshopper procedure.
