I had a reiki session and some of my chakras were blown open by very high frequency crystals. When you feel very low and down due to your environment like work. I've been told can pull in entities. I'm no expert mind you. The thing is I needed to be more grounded. My hands are up for being very lazy on this. Going forward a walk in nature grounds me.
