  • this video contain entertainment and tutorials on how to turn a hex nut into couple rings, the hex nut that i use is made of brass, the brass is a metal that is not suitable for jewelry because is less resistant to oxidation and can cause allergies in some people, but what i mean by making this video is to share my experience and a little knowledge with all of you, because in the process of making this ring i use a very simple tools an even very cheap so it is very suitable for those of you will learn to make jewelry at home.

Watching this skilled craftsman ply his trade to create two such beautiful masterpieces from a brass nut was like viewing a caterpillar morph into a beautiful butterfly. This ability was immensely magnified by the fact that very basic rudimentary tools were all that this artisan required for his rendering. Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. Greetings from Ontario, Canada.

This is beautiful. I wish my Mom (she’s mid 70’s) still had her first wedding band from my Dad when they got married in 1965. My dad made it from a stainless steel bolt.

      How wonderful!
My grandfather made rings for my Mom and Aunt from a copper pipe. I think that it was a manly creative hobby in the 1940s. :-)

I was only here to say how similar this ring is to the one I’m wearing now in silver, but then I spotted your comment.
I love to hear things like this. My Mother was married in a dress made by my Gran using Grandads parachute from the war.

"Most of us" are either too busy watching the process and appreciating the craftsmanship to care about not having ASMR or letting them play in the background BECAUSE the music. Hell most probably just watch to see the before and after when it comes to these types of transformation vids specifically. Those are really beautiful. I used to make brass rings in high school about 45 years ago but they defiantly not as nice as yours. The only problem was they would turn my finger green I didn't put any kind of sealer on them. Loved your video.
