Tbh this is nothing special from a craftsmanship standpoint, this is what literally every jeweler(is that the right word?) does. However i do think that the Cinematography of the video is amazing and the message that it sends.

I came across this video while looking for art projects for my daughter and bird videos. I usually skip right over them to find what I am looking for, but the second I saw the title and began watching the unbelievable skill and passion this man has for his craft, I couldn't stop watching. It is magnetic, and intoxicating to just sit and admire true artistic greatness, which is being so undervalued in our world today. And THAT is why I want my 13 year old artistic daughter to see masters like you. Cœur d'Améthyste Same. Now that I saw this man in action I was surprised. Before I didn’t even care how rings were made or where they came from but this video opened my eyes. Seeing him doing a ring with such much effort and passion it made me understand/ realize why some rings are so expensive

@@cliveconrad6460 I mean generally yes as it involves taking piece of metal (now I can imagine working with a nut is much harder then most metals used in ring making) and cutting/filing it down in order to bring it to shape
